Kroger, Dayton OH

It was actually okay. I was kind of disappointed because every time I visit Krogers they never have Rasberry Archway Cookies anymore. What's the deal? I

I called the deli department and ask a question in which all they had to do was look in cooler to see if what I was asking about was there or not. But instead the IDIOT woman who answered the phone had me on hold for six minutes and never returned.

I had my meds call in on Friday want to pick them up Saturday they tell me that not ready come back in 20mins well come back a hour later and till nothing they give me 3 pill and tell me it would be ready on Monday come back 2 days later and still nothing im so done and over this place this is sad.

I purchased a package of Kroger brand dry salami two weeks ago. I wanted a pizza today tookit out the fridge and it expired 02-2020. I called and sspoke to the manager and he told me bring my receipt. I don't keep them for two weeks. When I asked his name he hung up on me. Check your dates! I went there in a crunch. No more!

This store has improved dramatically since the Needmore location closed. It's almost as nice as the suburban locations. The associates are all kind and helpful. They just don't have Wi-Fi.

Do not, I repeat do not come here to get your prescription filled. I waited over 4 hours as a matter of fact I'm in line now. I wish I can give them less than a star. There is no one here to run the register, horrible. The store smells like fish, customer service is horrible! Take heed to this warning, go to meijer, Walmart, Walgreens or CVS.

I truly love the new makeover and facelift at Kroger's Siebenthaler. It is very pretty now and looks like most of the others with the big signs above each section throughout the store. And I always did like how Krogers will ALWAYS have anything you want especially with a new product.whatever food or drinks or whatever it is.

Having to wait over half a hour for pharmacy is ridiculous on top of this location being completely out of the way and no where close to the one they just shut down the need more location was entirely more convenient and I never had to wait to pick up a prescription this store is a waist of space!

Loved it! Friendly cashier great salad bar! Clean store love it will be back whenever I'm in Dayton Ohio!

This place is a joke with these long lines I come in here daily to play my numbers and when I play I may have one thing to purchase and they always ring it up with my lottery purchase. Today the girl behind the counter had an attitude because they were short staffed which had nothing to do with me she told me my total and tells me that she couldn't ring up my one item which was comet because they don't do that back behind the customer service counter when they do it all the time. Never will I be back in here.

This particular location is difficult to navigate at the moment and needs some serious updates. But the food is not bad. They have plenty of meat and produce options. The staff that I have encountered have been friendly for the most part except for one guy who worked at the gas station. He was rude and judgmental. He accused me of something illegal with no proof and did not apologize when he realized that he was wrong. But other than this bad experience, my visits to this location have been more tolerable.

Always clean. Usually a short checkout line. Employees are always willing to help if I have a question or problem and have gone above and beyond what they needed to do. I really love the ethnic foods section and the large health foods section, although sometimes I have difficulty reaching some of the vegan foods which have run low. Fruits and vegetables are always clean and well-stocked. Someone needs to remind the outside distributors stocking the shelves (especially the Pepsi guy) that customers need to get to those shelves, too!

This is by far the absolute worst most trashiest Kroger in the whole city of Dayton! It’s dirty, it stinks and they have the most horrible cashiers and customer service ever! Most of they workers are young kids well young adults 17-20 and they don’t know where items are at in the store and the cashiers are rude and disrespectful to they elders and to everyone they attitudes be so nasty. Me and my mom watched a cashier the other day argue with a customer and she was cussing the customer out and this lady was probably old enough to be her mom or aunt or something. The lady tried to tell the manager and the manager didn’t do nothing she got smart with the lady and called security on her! To me the manager was scared how you scared and you the manager and you work in a all black community. That manager needs to be transferred to Huber Heights or miamisburg and that whole store needs to be thrown away or get new mature respectful older staff!

Self checkout worker nasty attitude I just ask her why she looking so hard and she said shaking her head side to side cause it's my job and she continues to argue with me me customer service baddd

Super busy. Not enough people working to support the amount of people checking out. Ended up leaving with nothing because how long the lines were. Even self checkouts were packed and had a line. Otherwise clean and fairly organized.

Always easy to find everything and I have yet been inside and they not had what I was looking for. Great overall atmosphere and amazing customer service! Would recommend this store to anybody!

Krogers always a good place 2 go 4 anything 2 eat n 2 the pharmacy 4 health care needs luv visiting there 4 my 1 stop shop.

They sell EXPIRED FOOD HERE this is the third time I bought something that was expired. Today is March 13 2019 the food expired on DECEMBER 25 2018 no longer shopping here I’m willing to travel an extra 45 mins for wholesome fresh food.poor quality meat

Bathrooms are always nasty. Employees spend to much time talking to one another and not the customer. Employee in money services was so rude. It's too the point I am no longer wanting to shop there. But it's conveniently located near me.

I would leave 0 stars if I could. Store was extremely dirty and employees was rude. Will not go back to this location.
