Kroger, Blanchester OH

This store is HORRIBLE. Overpriced, out of stock on items, and their pharmacy is ridiculously SLOW. I have been waiting in line for thirty five minutes to pick up my prescription and there are still eleven people ahead of me. Unacceptable. I will be doing my future shopping at Meijer.

I can't afford to buy Thanksgiving dinner for my family now because krogers stole 125 dollars from me and refuses to return it. Even though I only spent 16.60.

If it were an option I would not even give them one star this is the most horrible grocery store I have ever been to wrap feces on the floor I've seen feathers in there there are birds flying around in the top of the ceiling I've never seen a more disgusting grocery store in my life and the staff is horrible they're rude obnoxious and they do not do their job it is horribly stocked and the prices are horrible worst store ever

Pharmacy is the only reason I am scoring so low. It's absolutely insane the way it us run. You're screwing up medications that risk people's lives. We will be going somewhere else for good.

This Kroger is always stocked and clean! Just picked up a click list, everything was there and the produce picked is perfect!

This store is disgusting and unclean/unkempt especially the meat dept. Groceries are not rotated so most food is expired. Employees are rude. I live in Blan and I drive 20 minutes out of my way to go to Wilmington Kroger.

Watch your expirations on clicklist this isn't the first time they have gave me expired food on my order.

Worst store I can shop at. This is the worst krogers in the area. I have shop at others they are better. This store think it can do what it wants because it has the market on the area. Things are not priced on the shelves, things are not frozen enough. You can get last and thawed in 2 miles.get worse in summer. I think corporate needs to know how people think of krogers

The employees are very friendly! It sometimes takes longer than I would like to get someone to help from the deli counter. When I use the pick up service they are always very friendly!

I realize most people use cards these days to make purchases, but for those of us who prefer to still use cash, it would be nice to have cashiers who can actually make correct change. I love this Kroger for its convenience since I do my banking in town, but it is sad when young people can't do simple math in their head.

Great customer service. Has ran out of foods my son loves because delivery truck runs late. Always see people getting carts and cleaning

The people who work here are great. My issue is with management/corporate. Kroger is a typical corporate monopoly for this region. There's one in every town. They expect you to scan and bag your own groceries and prices are constantly going up and down to try and trick consumers with "sales" and "discounts". The plus card, the digital coupons and the rearrnging the stores every 6 months is all garbage corporate tactics to milk the most money they can out of people. I'd shop elsewhere but there really isn't anywhere else tp go in this area.
