Sad to see the standards of this place drop rock bottom. Found a lot of stale fruits, rotten vegetables and strawberries with fungus in the grocery section. Lots of empty bins too! The other parts of the store are not that bad, yet

The clerk and the manager would not accept my driver's license to purchase alcohol. I just had my license renewed yesterday and they stamped my old one till I get my new one. The kroger clerk informed me it was no longer valid and they cannot accept it. I am by the way 51 years old with gray hair. I asked to speak to a manager. They sent out a 20 something kid with a t-shirt just to tell me that was their policy. My policy is I am never going to a Kroger again.

Been going to this Kroger for years, but the pandemic and supply chain issues have eased enough that there is no excuse to be out of everyday common items. They haven't had dozen medium eggs for months, unless I want to buy a 36 pack! Many of the items they are frequently out of are sourced locally, so no supply chain issue there. If you are still shopping after 9pm and have a large load of items, plan on scanning them yourself, as the cashier lines close. I literally had to put bagged items on the floor, GROSS! I will go to Giant Eagle (though more expensive) or Kroger in Johnstown, even though it's a longer drive. I can't wait for the new Aldi to open.

Closing at 10pm. Went there at 9: 50pm got kicked out from the door telling us they are closed.

This store is so unpleasant to shop in as a customer. How can you design a grocery store with the entire back section not wide enough for 2 carts to pass each other? I truly dont understand. This is a grocery store. Remove the seasonal displays so your shoppers can actually shop without running into each other. This is on top of the fact that 9/10 times, the only couple parking spots ever available are next to the gas station regardless of what time you go. Id honestly rather pay more to shop at giant eagle and not have these issues. I went there today since Krogers didnt have multiple things on my list.something that has also been an issue for me over the past couple months. I will only be shopping here when I don't need a cart (ill be doing my shopping elsewhere).

Krogers is good to shop at for groceries. This location was clean and well kept. A large parking lot and from what I've seen the workers there are friendly and helpful. Would recommend

Quite possibly the worst Kroger in existence today. Disappoints me. Every time I come here I have to go to another store also. The only reason I'm coming back is because I have to. Management not into the idea of keeping shelves stocked.

Don't waste your time here. They're constantly out of normal stuff. Dirty too especially areas that should be extra clean like eggs. I've tried coming back days or week later and they're still out of the same stuff. Kroger's up the road doesn't have this problem so the mgmt here must be severely incompetent. Yesterday, out of eggs, carrots, lettuce, siracha, most breads paper towels it's ridiculous. I will say, the seafood/meat dept people have their game on point and deserve recognition.

This was my first visit to this kroger and I was very pleased with my experience. The store was clean, there were plenty of carts available despite there being and abundance of customers on a Sunday afternoon. There was plenty of fresh meats, cheese, fruits and vegetables available. A quick shout out to the gentleman working the seafood counter. He was awesome and super helpful at making sure I was able to get exactly what I needed.

There where 3 full service lines open at the time and plenty of self checkouts. The cashier was friendly and plenty of baggers.

I was very pleased and satisfied with my shopping experience

Nice enough store, people are friendly. Was at self checkout when a woman walked through with a cart overflowing with items and just walked out the door without paying. Didn't make me feel very safe that they couldn't do anything about it. She was near where I parked my car. When I left she was just putting her stolen items in her trunk. Didn't seem to bother her one bit. Just taking her sweet old time. Just can't go back in there again. They need to hire security for the exit. This isn't safe for shoppers or employees.

The removal of Scan Bag Go has been a huge disappointment. First you give us a glimpse of the future let us get used to super easy checkout, using our own bags and then you get rid of it without replacing it with anything except going through the regular checkout with long lines, single use plastic bags and the slow process of a 14 year old bagging. And when I emailed about it I got a response like it was a good thing and I should have known it was going away.

The moment something better comes about reasonably close I'll be happy to be a loyal customer there.

Embarrassing. They're out of so much for so long. Dirty. Disorganized. Just pathetic. And the tired excuse that it's the pandemics fault is getting so old and untrue. Excuses excuses. Sad from top to bottom.

Fantasticly stupid. Got carded for lighters I'm 37, butI can deal with that. Got denied bc my license was expired. Lol way to save the world. I know they are being legal, but it's stupid. I'll never be back.

Deli still closed. No reason given. No notice given on website for store. Lot of out of stocks especially produce. Pallets and carts every where, blocking isles. The store was a mess!

I picked up my order from doing the curbside pick up. Once again I was given rotten, expired products. I have reported it to the store and customer service and no one cars. The butter was expired on 3/13/2021 and today is 11/15/2021 and covered in black mold. That means it expired 8 months ago and the store is not rotating products at all. I have had this happen with yogurt, milk, canned products, and produce so it's a problem in every department. I stopped shopping at Maxtown and Sunbury for the same issues. Its frustrating and completely avoidable if people did their jobs. I worked in grocery and food service and it doesn't make any sense how Kroger is this bad at all locations. I guess I can shop at Giant Eagle and Marc's instead. Waste of money and potential food poisoning.

I had multiple problems with the Stoneridge Kroger. They would tell me items weren't available yet when I went in the store, the items were there. After several frustrating times, I decided to give the Kroger in New Albany a try. A little further to drive but so worth it! These kids are top notch in this store. They go over and aboveground

Horrible, never going back again. I go every sunday for the past 10 years. Yesterday, they forgot to give me 4 frozen meals that I paid for. I go on the weekends because I DO NOT have time to go during the work week. If a mistake is made, no worries. But it needs to be arranged with the Customer Service team so when I call in they are aware. They told me to come in. I do not have time this week, and I will be travelling for the next three weeks. I will make it a point to go to Giant Eagle instead from now on. Never going back.

The employees are great - young or old, everyone seems to be legitimately happy you're there and not in a weird Old Navy cult-like way if you know what I mean. Lastly, the customers are typically nice and thoughtful of others around them.

5 out of 5 stars.
