I would love to give a better review but I have to say the guy I have to deal with a self checkout is always rude and always depressed. I feel bad for him but I just want to do my shopping and he is always acting like I'm making his life so hard.

This Kroger have a terrible customer service. I was charged for the wrong price and I had to waiting 20-30 minutes at the long line to correct it

Purchased Schwebel's sub roll buns on Sunday September 18,2022 and went to use them tonight to make meatball subs for dinner and they were moldy. Not just one but a couple of them. Eww Expiration date is October 1,2022. Disappointed. Beware of products from this store.

Saturday and only one line open.seriously? Can never get a cart that isn't broken, usually have to bag your own groceries. I try to go to the Groveport one when possible even though this one is closer, but they're starting to get bad too. Get it together! I've been standing line about 20 mins now and have only moved halfway down the line that is getting longer by the minute. I feel bad for the cashier that is now dealing with irate customers because this location can't keep good employees. No wonder, I'd quit too if I had to work under these conditions

A great place to get all your groceries and shop staff is very polite and and checking out is pretty quick I'll give it 10 out of 10

Today I was shopping at aldi’s I came back from there to buy some corn on the cob from Kroger’s I had groceries from aldis in my cart after I got done in Kroger’s and went to Walmart one of there security workers followed me all the way from Kroger’s to Walmart harassing me that the groceries in my cart that I got from the Aldi’s was stolen from Kroger’s which they where not even after I showed him my receipt for the groceries and the date and time he kept threatening to call the police on me I told him to go ahead cause I did nothing wrong I was crying and very upset because I have three kids that where at home waiting for me with there dad and I would never risk getting my kids taken away from me for something I did not do. Even the security at Walmart told him to leave I went back to Kroger’s and asked one of the cart pushers for the manager so I could explain what was going on and I even pointed out the security guard who was harassing me and he left before he could even be confronted for what he did to me one of the managers his name was Tim I even explained to him what happened and showed my receipt to him to and he said he shouldn’t have done that if he really thought I stole all the grocery on my cart he should of stopped me at the door of instead of following me all the way to Walmart

Poorly stocked, not very clean, workers are either stressed, overworked, or just don't want to be there! Go across the street to Aldi!

Hi, my name is Danielle, and I am going to be reviewing your accessibility in this grocery store. Overall, I think the accessibility of this location is fair. The asile are wide set, the entrance and exit doors are both wide, double, sliding doors. Although the asile are wide, in some of the aisle there are different obstacles in the way, that could make maneuvering a wheelchair difficult. Some of these obstacles are bins filled with smaller items, contrition pillars in the middle, and giant stocking carts. I understand that this obstacles are not in all the aisle, but for the people who need accommodations, these obstacles could be detrimental. I think taking away some of the bins or keeping stocking carts to a minimum would be beneficial to many people. I did not take a pictures of the bathroom, however, the bathroom is a small two stall bathroom that is nearly impossible for a person in a wheel chair or motorized chair to use. I would recommend this Kroger location to someone in some sort of wheel chair, but I would give them a fair warning on the bathroom, and some of the obstacles they could run into.

I’ve been shopping here since 2005. This store has steadily gone downhill every single year. The carts are rusty and damaged with some having broken welds with sharp wires poking out. They have those locking security wheels that are mostly damaged and either klunk like crazy or require extra force to push. The store smells like a vile mix of sewer and dirty ash tray. Restrooms by pharmacy had to be permanently closed due to customers destroying them. Restrooms up front are never clean and STINK. The Uscans always fault and require help from less-than-thrilled associates. I visit this store at least 3 times per week at different hours so I’m not posting an impulse here. I could post so much more but suffice to say I’m avoiding it now and going to the Groveport location. To be fair, it’s not Kroger - it’s their customer base. They abuse the store and make it difficult for employees to maintain. The crime in the area is way up, too. High Street Kroger requires security personnel due to theft and parking lot incidents. I’m frequently asked for money while loading my vehicle. Kroger can’t do anything about the habits of their customers but they maybe hiring a larger, more capable staff to assure a cleaner and safer store.

Just ordered my sons 3rd birthday cake here and they so far have done great with the ordering process. I will say this if you don't find what you are looking for in the little book displayed then don't be afraid to ask them if they have a kit in the back. We wanted a dino themed cake and I didn't see what I was looking for so I had mentioned that and the lady was super nice and said let me see what I have in the back. She came out with a little bag with dinos and stuff in the bag and made my day. They will make his cake now and place the dinos on his cake after they ice and color it. I can't wait to pick up Saturday and I'll update my review then

Today, Saturday 12 February, I was in the great souther store on S High street.
There was only 2 check out lanes open. 9 and 11.both was backed up into the isles.
I would like to compliment Amanda that was working 9. She was very fast on checking out the customers and also bagged the groceries for them. She had to because she didn't have a bagger available to help her.
She was very curiosit to each customer, she done a extremely good job.

Their sign and website says that they close at 11: 00. But I got turned away at the door because “they close at 10: 45” I come here frequently after work to grab an item or 2 and never had an issue before. Not going to risk it anymore though.

I do quite a bit of shopping at Kroger and most are very good BUT this store is the worst that I’ve dealt with. They are CONSTANTLY overcharging you by not giving you the sale price on items you buy. Then the so called “customer service” desk either takes forever to fix THEIR mistake or actually tells you that they can’t do it now and to come back another day. This has happened 3 times now. I avoid this store if possible

Seth from the pick list area was very disrespectful to my disabled mother. We were waiting in the pickup for an hour we called and Seth answered the phone, saying that he just needs a few more items and it will be out then a half an hour goes by and we call again (after he already was out there loading up a car that arrived half an hour after we called) and said just a few more minutes and another half an hour goes by my mother called again and Seth blew a fuse blaming my disabled mother because he was behind and being blatantly rude and HUNG UP ON HER!
she is ashamed to be in public aside from the pandemic putting her life at risk she went inside and he told my mom to apologize to him or he will cancel the order and after the confrontation he still took another 10 minutes to finish it then came out and denied everything that he had done and brought it outside to my car only to throw it in the car with no bags and was missing several items then he stormed off into the store
This was the rudest and most disrespectful experience I have ever had and I will be contacting corporate so this does not happen again

Was just in there and someone had a dog and it used the bathroom and it was disgusting and no one even came to clean it up. A few aisles over you can smell cigarette smoke someone had to be smoking. What's going on here? Is there no management?

The security lady that they have on staff is very rude, snide an arrogant without just cause. Highly inconsiderate, and laughs when knowledge when she's brought to attention to smoking Infront of the entrance while shoppers entered " because she's on break" after a small back and forth with her and even pointing out the sign (Right Next To Her) I got into the car and decided to record her and her actions.

Will never come back along as this is acceptable behavior! Second hand smoke is real! And I had my son with me

HORRIBLE.
Their grocery pick up is a joke. Multiple times we have used their pick up and our order hasn’t been ready when they say it will be.today we had a pick up time at 430, drove there and they told us our order wasn’t ready and they’d call us in about an hour. 4 hours go by and no call.so we call them and they tell us to head up, so we head up and sit there for 40 minutes and still no groceries ready.absolutely horrible. NOT THAT HARD.

Yet very time I have to come in and check out because tablet doesn’t work

What sense does this make

Person could care less

If I wanted to shop in store I wouldn’t be placing a click it.
