Kroger, Toledo OH

I used to drive across town to come to this location. Not anymore. The management is non-existent. Watched a woman get hit by a car in the parking lot.managers came out, asked what happened, chuckled and went back inside. Didn't check to see if she was okay at all. An elderly man was just assaulted. I will be shopping else where. No thank you.

Today my order for curbside was ready and waiting. Of course not all my order was able to be filled.happens every time. Associate was friendly and efficient!

Just been horrible as of late. Closed at 10 on a Saturday!? Why? Always out of what I need, I mean really. You have to do better, Meijer's is getting most of my business as of late! Your own fault, do better.

This Kroger is a joke moved to Toledo went here grocery shop me and my girlfriend got into argument and they called security and we was not finished scanning and the fat whale at checkout said we was trying to steal this place is a joke will never go back their again.

Order grocery pickup yesterday for 2 pm, checked several times groceries were never done, got a call this morning they were done. Been waiting 15 min and just watched an employee in their own car park right at the curb and had their groceries brought out ahead of everyone else and drove off. Glad they are getting 5 star service while people who have plans and places to be have to wait.

The pharmacy is trash. They tell you your prescription is ready and it’s not they don’t even have the full prescription on hand. The line of people waiting is always outrageous! This will be my last prescription sent here. Do not give them any business until they can conduct themselves in a business manner!

Sunday morning and only 2 registers open and a few self check out lanes open… 14 or deep in line in all lanes. Must really hate their customers!

Update: 10/24/2022 I called the corporate line but they didn't seem to care either.

Went grocery shopping yesterday w/my mom who had to use one those driveable carts. Which thankfully there was plenty on this visit that were plugged in but she got the only one charged. The problem was that I had my own cart that was filled to the brim w/groceries & we both got into the ONLY open lane w/ a cashier running & she had no bagger. I thought she had a bagger since when my mom was in front of me there was a man at the end that I thought was bagging but the cashier said he was a supervisor & they dont bag no matter how busy each lane gets. So I had to help my poor cashier whose name was Niechy (sp?) bag all of my huge cart of groceries & she bagged all of everyone else's groceries. She had called for a bagger but got none which was garbage. That place needs major help. I felt horrible for that poor cashier. She shouldn't have been left by a supervisor who could've stayed a minute to help her get her line down. I plan on calling the corporate line as well its ridiculous.

If I could give a negative rating, I would on the Pharmacy and the store manager. They keep telling you your prescription is ready and then it's not. My 10 year old child is on mental medication and he had to be without it all weekend due to them after they tell me 2 days in a row that it was ready. I finally found out that Kroger actually owns the pharmacy so I called the store manager and all he said was he was sorry and it will be ready in about 10 m8nites. N9 reprimand for their conduct even when it is deal8ng with mental issues and this poor kid went 3 days without his prescription. STAY AWAY. I TOOK MY 79 YEAR OLD BROTHERS MEDS AWAY FROM THERE CUZ THEY GAVE HIM SOMEONE ELSES MEDICATION.

Very racist. If you are black I recommend you go to any other Kroger in Toledo. The Mexican lady that works at self checkout only watches black people scan there things. She will even leave her station if there are not any black people in her area. She will watch the other self checkout just because there are black people there. 0/0 will never shop there again. I was harassed like I was a theft and I did not steal or attempt to steal anything. Spent $300 to be harassed.

Pharmacy states they take a break from 1pm-1: 30pm. 1: 28 I hop into line behind the 1st car. 1: 40 comes around and still nobody. 10 cars behind me and I have to be to work at 2pm. 1: 51pm and still not open and im now late to work because of this unprofessionalism. I will be switching to another pharmacy.

They say they can't get anybody to work but if they paid people more I'm sure they would have a lot more people work.
Lines were stretched at least 10 carts/people back.
It honestly took 4x's longer to check-out than it did to actually shop!
Absolutely terrible management!

As I understand I could go into the store and shop on my own, I choose to do Pickup because the lines are always horrible and they only ever have a few lanes open.
If they are going to offer Pickup, they need to teach their employees how to bag, because im ALWAYS getting smashed bread because they throw it in a bag with heavy items. They will put 1 item in one bag, and half the time they don't even replace the item with something similar or a different brand if what you wanted isn't available when you've selected the option to.
Ive had items forgotten numerous times.

The pharmacy is terrible. If you call with a question they act like you are bothering them - very rude. Rude in person too doesn't matter whether through the drive thru or inside, they are RUDE!

People let me tell you about Kroger on laskey. I can always find what I'm looking for except during covid the check out people are always friendly and this one time I went in there with my fiance was looking for a sleeping mask they only have one left the package was a little bit open we show it to a worker he sets off to find out what he must do comes back to us and says this one's for free but unlike Andy Sandberg I didn't throw it on the ground she really needed the sleeping mask I'm so sorry Andy I really like you dude Brooklyn Nine-Nine is dope but back to Kroger just overall I always have a good experience but could you guys for my sweet dear baby face girl head some shishito peppers in your produce! It minorly inconveniences her and sort of bums her out! I didn't want to have to shout but geeeez! Oh and also I win stuffed animals out of that claw machine all the time just thought that something you all should know anyway 5

It's a big Kroger, but during peak times only 2-3 cashiers are working. There seem to be plenty of personal shoppers blocking the aisles though! We tried this as a replacement for our old Krogers and it was disappointing.
