Grocery Store Kroger reviews
11This location sells expired food. This is the third time that I bought Mac and cheese and it has been expired by months. I should not have to check for expiration dates when shopping for food. I won’t be back to this location.
Management continues to refuse to address the continuous shortage of employees to fulfill Pick-up orders, yet they continue to accept orders. Today was the second time in a row that I received notification 15 minutes before my scheduled pick up window that my order will not be ready in time. Last time this happened, I waited in the parking lot for 45 minutes before the manager sent a teenager who didn't even work in that department out to inform me that my order would not even be ready that day-a task that should have fallen to the manager. The employee they sent out told me that all but one of their employees in the pick-up department had quit which, to me, points to a management issue.
I tried to give Kroger yet another chance with today's order, but they have failed me yet again so I guess I will either try another location or just completely jump ship to Meijer.
Pharmacist take extra long breaks for lunch. Makes it very inconvenient to get medications
Evil vile woman in a red jacket and older looking with touches of gray in her hair is the nastiest woman I have ever met would recommend any other Kroger plus this is the only one in the are with no sushi
Quick and easy check out. In and out with team treats, coolers, and ice plus me and my son the new GATORADE BOTTLES. He drove the cart, got items and paid in 10 minutes. <-KaydenRoo
Have shopped here many times. The management both at the store level and corporate level refuses to address their front end cashier shortage and their automated machines are often broken. Yet there are always employees blocking aisles for delivery orders or working in other departments but the front end is usually a ghost town after 6 or 7 pm where you can't find a manager or a cashier much less any real help. The company has cut store hours because they are too cheap or too incompetent to properly staff the store. It's all about priorities and many Krogers especially this one have their priorities all wrong. When possible, I suggest shopping elsewhere.this store will continue to offer poor customer service 80 percent of the time particularly after 4pm
I will not shop at this store anymore. Rarely anyone working as a cashier, huge self service lines. I am disability a disable parking is backed up with cards.
A disgrace
Last night I had to scan and bag over $250 worth of groceries by myself due to the one associate being too busy on her cell phone.
She told me that was unable to open a lane and ring me up due to the fact that her coworker was on break and she had to watch the self-checkout, but during the entire time I struggled to ring my own huge order in the tiny self-checkout, the employee was ignoring everyone to be on her cell phone.
Why did I not receive a discount for doing your employees job? How is it acceptable to make me do this work while holding my toddler, while your employee gets paid to stand near me and do nothing? So incredibly insulting. How blatantly greedy can one company be?
Bad enough you have to check out your own groceries. God forbid you have alcohol. Help is on the way is a joke not to mention extremely annoying. Either no one around or to young. Why is there not alerts on employees little things that alarms people need "help: . Can't wait for Publix
Where do I start? I shop at this Kroger every two weeks on payday and do all of my big grocery shopping, I usually spend about $500.00 on average sometimes a little more depending on household needs. They always seem to be out of stock on a lot of items, including the deli. Usually only one cashier and sometimes no bagger, so I end up bagging my own after waiting in a forever long line. I use this store because it's close to home, but I think in the future I will drive the extra miles and go to Mount Orab Kroger, they are usually well stocked and plenty of cashiers and baggers! I don't know if it's poor management or what? But I'm not happy spending over $ 1,000.00 a month there and this is the aggravation I get? Pay people decent wages to work and give them hours and maybe this problem wouldn't exist!
Worst management and customer service. If I could give zero stars I would. They wonder why people are choosing their competitors over them. Management gives silly excuses for not committing to online order times. Can’t even give a firm update for pick up time after they state they cant stand by the promised time. We choose pick up and plan our days around it for the convenience…. Maybe they should consider an all hands on deck approach and lead from the front. Great job Kroger, for loosing another customer!
