Grocery Store Kroger reviews
31I used to like this location but its a bad place to shop now. Curbside pickup orders are always messed up. I had to drive back to get the right item I ordered. This happened few times already. They also close early at random days. Also you would find expired products on their shelves. I personally handed over to their desk warning them.pickup orders are meant to save time not waste our time and gas money.
Kroger needs to post that they are closing 2 hours early so customers know not to go at 915pm and find a closed store
I truly want to give this a 5 star review. This Kroger is located just right off the main road and it's super easy to get to. It's smaller in comparison to other Krogers, making it easier to locate what you're looking for. However, the only thing that I personally dislike about this, and any Kroger for that matter, is the self checkout. Checking out is not as quick as Wal Mart and Meijer. It waits for the item to be bagged before you can continue scanning. Then it lags, stops you from scanning anything if it even detects a slight change in weight on the scale. Way too sensitive and keeps me from checking out quickly. Other than that, I really like this Kroger. The staff is friendly; the store is clean and organized.
I love this location especially since I know where everything is located and staff has always been nice and friendly.
Produce dept not up to KROGER standards
Freshness real problem
Try to sell old products instead of stocking fresh
One of the better Krogers in the Cincinnati area. Compared to a Marketplace, it's obviously inferior. Compared with the Kroger just a couple miles away on Mason Montgomery, the design is a bit different but the selection is more or less the same and the foot traffic is far less crazy, being mostly a Kroger that just serves the people of Landen and close by areas.
The deli seems to always have a good selection of stuff ready to go around lunchtime and afternoon, like popcorn chicken, and the employees were always friendly and great in the time period where this was "my" Kroger.
The funniest thing about this Kroger was I worked at a few different Krogers for a few years and I had a jackass of a grocery manager. As soon as I moved to Landen, this guy showed up as the grocery manager at this Kroger. But he was a damn good grocery manager too because he came from the Kroger in Hyde Park that does like a billion dollars sales per week (obvious exaggeration). So you can count on this Kroger to always be well stocked.
They have everything I need, they have great help, the pharmacy is wonderful.
It's just a great resource.
Always a friendly place with good service. It was a busy place today, so parking was a little hectic but that is to be expected.
Aisles are nicely marked. Friendly clerks and very helpful. Grandchildren love their free cookie.
6 19 18.second day in a row, the salad bar is not ready for customers to get a salad for dinner. This is not rocket science.fill the salad bar!
618 18. Salad bar is not ready for patrons to prepare quick salad for dinner at 4: 50 PM. Had to ask and wait, but the associate was nice and apologized.
Great shopping experience but crowded store. I want to address the large pot hole in the parking lot. My small cart hit a huge pothole. I didn't see it. My cart goes forward and my stuff flys out. My knees are sore now. A few people stopped and helped me. It was so embarrassing. I hope they get it fixed!
15 items or less, nope. 1 lane open and there is a lady with a large cart filled over the top. I don't like using self check out but I did not want to wait behind the lady with a full cart.
I went to Kroger to purchase a couple of items. I normally don't go during the week. I don't normally go to this one. The couple of items turned into more items. They had only one lane open at the checkout. The cashier wasn't that friendly at all. So that's why I give them 4 stars.
The staff here are always friendly and offer to help find items. Sometimes big store layouts don't make sense for some items, like saurkraut in a bag. I go later to avoid the crowds.
If this is Landon Kroger, why does it take all those close spots for the online shopping pickup? Those spots sit empty most of the time. When I asked the store representative said it was because of employee liability. What about customer service? !?
I've been going to this Kroger for about 10 years now. I can think of about 5 experiences where I've thought to myself, "Why do I keep coming here? " Now, if I can help it, I will pass up all 3 Krogers near me and go to Meijer.
Bad chicken and cold cuts. Saved my receipt.this place stinks.ill shop somewhere else fresh.go somewhere else.this place unhealthy and needs severe attention to healthy. Im calling health deot
Have been going to this Kroger for 10+ years. Employees are great and the checkout lines are fast. It isn't the most modern kroger in the area though and could use some updating. The people are why I choose this one as my go to for the area though.
Someone please notify me when this renovation is over. Trying to navigate this store with a two-year-old was additional stress I did not need in my life. Carts, & boxes everywhere with no room to get through. Produce selection was not good. No complimentary cookie or fruit was stocked for kids.
For the most part every thing is great, including the pharmacy. But be wary of fruit.i went in two weeks ago and almost all the strawberries had mold or were old. I went in a few days ago and the fruit looked better.
