Grocery Store Kroger reviews
25Always busy, always high prices, prices only good with your rewards card. There's better places to shop
I could see unmasked staff members in the back stock room from the produce department; this did not add to any feelings of security in this very busy and small store. I wouldn’t feel safe (I’m 7 months pregnant) even doing curbside pickup. A different staff member advised management and the county health dept are aware but to no effect.
Whatever hours were previously designated for at-risk and elderly shoppers are just regular hours at Kroger now as well.
Even though this is a chain grocer, the staff here makes you feel like it's a family friendly local retailer. Especially Samir & his pharmacy staff! They're the best!
Food is great the service was awesome! The smoked chicken wings are the bomb! Will be getting them all the time!
Surprisingly small store. Very small and busy parking lot. I saw an older person almost crash into another unoccupied parked car when backing his car out leaving the parking lot. Not a big fan of the store.
Not used to Sylvania Kroger. Looking for Turkey Hill ice cream. Found it after looking in four. Different places of ice cream.
Great for taking extra steps
Place is dirty, unorganized, staff doesn't even open the doors on time, parking lot is littered with trash and carts. I will never go back! This is in sylvania.what a mess. The staff needs to learn how to smile and greet people.
Kroger Sylvania has too many extra large red signs on the ends of the isles. They block out the triangle shaped signs that tell a new customer what products are down that isle! Also, the stockers leave carts and boxes on one side of the isle while they work the other side. I had to ask several to stop long enough to let me pass. The order pickers tend to get in the way also. What happend to night stocking? Not good when are 5 stores 3 miles or less from my house!
Decent Kroger, usually has most things we are looking for. Produce sometimes is less than great.
The employs are hit or miss and it's a small Kroger but, there haven't been any shootings at this location that I know of.
I only shop here when they have a sale and coupons or their digital coupons. Prices are high at Kroger.
Twice in the last last three days haven't had a single 6.pack of 1/2 liter plastic bottles, or8 packs of 12 ounce bottles of regular Coca-Cola second visit was just for Coke
Very poor merchandising.
Its always the same young kid working at the fuel center the last time i came here i waited outside 10 minutes for him to get every single trash and he seen me standing there waiting and proceeded to ignore me. Now theres a sign on the window saying their closed and it was only 9: 45? Needs better staff
Best krogers around! Friendly staff, fresh meat in meat dept. & produce the baggers know how to bag your groceries! Etc.
I love Krogers soooooooooo much. Their customer service is fantastic. Produce is fresh meat is good plenty of selection. Starbucks is inside with the coolest baristas ever I SWEAR THEY ARE ROCKSTARS
Dated but friendly staff and good selection. It's reminiscent of 90s shopping. I wish it was 24 hrs
They screwed up the HEALTHY FOOD section, never have organic in stock, Unless it's processed, good for limited organic fresh though,
A little nicer and higher end than the Kroger in my home town. They actually make and sell sushi in house.
I like Kroger, I've been going to various store locations for many years. It is my hope they done turn into a Big box store. I truly want to buy food from a grocery store. Parking at most Kroger stores sucks as they are busy stores. If the get too large and offer lots more than foid stuffs, this coupled with the parking issues will keep me away. I'll look for Foodtowns or anything that is a simple grocery store.
