Kroger, Cincinnati OH

Props to Ivisson in the deli. No matter how long the line was he made sure to cut my cheese and meats perfectly. Not too often when you see somebody take pride in their job and I appreciate it

I love this store and its employees but will be driving the distance to go the cherry grove store as they actually make customers wear masks instead of letting tens of people wall around bare faced. If I get corona we all know from where

I would really like it if they would provide directories so I didn't have to go up and down the aisles trying to find something that may not even be in the store.

I found everything I needed to find easily but once coming to check out your bagger Anthony at the Eastgate location had a horrible attitude and I mean horrible he was moping the entire time and even walked away when we walked up he didnt bag for about the first 3 to 4 minutes my pregnant girlfriend was bagging while I got all the food on the Belt then he decided to finally walk up and just throw all of my stuff into bags carelessly I get there's a virus and you guys need as much help as you can but at least pay attention to who you're hiring because you guys could definitely lose customers and in this kind of climate that would not be good for business.

The site says Kroger is open till 1 am. Of course their closed. They should really post actual hours

Third time I went to get prescribed medications and the store was down.now I have to drive back after waiting 40 min to get this set of prescriptions before they close for my wife how needs her meds today. I hope their computers are working

Would give 5 stars, but they don't have "scan bag go" here yet. Clean and nice people.

Stop by on the way to work sometimes to buy donuts, orange juice and chocolate milk for breakfast. Not a "marketplace" Kroger but very well-stocked. The salad bar has a large variety of items to choose from. Don't forget to go online and download coupons to your Kroger Shopper's Card.

Kroger needs to keep shelves stocked when an item is on sale. They lowered their quality on a couple of their Kroger brand items. I shop at other stores now, quality is important to me and my family.

Was at the meat dept.and young man named tyler was very helpful and friendly.not to mention very fast w my order!

I am not sure what is going on at the Pharmacy but I waited far to long for my rx called in earlier today.

Now they want to sell you food to help your medication. If this remains the same next time I will start using another pharmacy.

If it was possible to give Eastgate Kroger negative stars I would. My scheduled pickup was 6: 00-7: 00 p.m. I arrive after 6: 00 p.m. To be told they were still picking my order? ! I can't pick it up until 8: 00! They had people not show up for work.not my problem. I went back at 8: 00 p.m. And FINALLY my order came out. I had a page and half of items they were out of. Not going back to this store!

Pharmacy staff were rude and impatient. They did not value my time. I even called my prescription in 20 minutes before I arrived and it didn't matter. Terrible!

Not a great Kroger. The bananas were darn near brown, the rest of the produce wasn't very fresh.

Had a very rude cashier this morning. There was only 2 lanes open both with long lines. But there are 8 employees walking around shopping for online orders. Makes no sence to have people in store wait for such a long time to check out. The meat department has a smell of spoiled meat.

The layout is really weird compared to other Kroger's. I was marching all over the store to find the regular candy aisle which is not near snacks. You can't see all of the aisle banners from the front of the store. Small bathrooms.

It was a great experience for me. I went to Kroger for the first time a couple weeks ago. I only eat organic food. So I found my way into the organic section it was well stocked and very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful! (The staff member I talked to was very nice and very helpful as well, her name was Aneta.) This store over all was amazing would definitely recommend! 5 stars!

Before I moved to the area I used to shop at another grocery chain, now I'm a fan of Kroger. Good sales with a (free) shoppers card, discounts on gas, clean stores, what's not to like?

I love shopping at Eastgate Kroger, all the workers are friendly and very helpful. The variety is very good and the savings are great! Thank You Kroger Family, my home town grocer!

This is not my normal store, but luckily since the layouts are similar I still found everything I needed!
