Kroger, Cincinnati OH

Literally 50% of the customers were unmasked. And multiple employees were not wearing masks. Spoke to manager he said they could not require customers to wear masks. Which is a lie. They have zero regard for the health of their customers and their employees.

Nothing like walking in to this store watching an overly large woman wearing Mickey Mouse pajama pants, sitting on the bench outside littering! (she works there)

Yes, it usually offers in store shopping but not on Christmas Day Have a blessed day off Kroger's Crew️

This is the Kroger's that I can find the food I'm looking for. I know a lot of people dont care for this location because they consider it ghetto, but it's really not.

It's a good place to shop. Prices are good. The produce is excellent. Since it's a large store, it has most things you want.

Time for this store to close its doors. When they shoot a 11 year old girl for shoplifting with a taser I ask all to stop buying, supporting and eating any thing Kroger.

The staff here were very engaging anand helpful. Their vitamin selection was lacking compared to other stores of the same size.

Store was nice has Starbucks and place to get fresh sushi but check out lanes could be improved either there isn't a bagger to bag my groceries or most of the self checkout lanes are slow or out of order

Cashier was very lazy and was trying to send me to another cashier.she told me she was closed.he gave me the wrong cigarettes. The store was not even busy. My experience was not acceptable.

It's a shame when you go this store. Overall attitude of staff is one of not caring. Also, the appearance of store is one of not being clean. Saw a used diaper laying on the floor of aisle. Sad.

I have no complaints about item availability or cleanliness and for the most part most of the staff is great. One self-checkout cashier is either unstable or has a huge problem with her job.or both. Every time I go there I try to avoid her in general but in the off chance that I have to deal with her I am mind boggled at the way she handles my purchased items and the rude way she talks to me.

Dirty. Inside and out. Not enough staff.
Dropped the ball on this one krogers. Not a good example for people visiting from another country (on which, this store does). They must think Americans are dirty people that do not care about their shopping experience. As an American. This is wholly unacceptable. I suggest you all go to Newport, Hebron or Burlington for a cleaner, fresher choice. I have to shop at these stores.

Store well stocked. Employees helpful. Has a Starbucks with tables/seats. Good free wi-fi throughout store.

It was good but if you need to go to customer service you'll be waiting a while they need more help in that department

Frequently runs out of gluten free items. Not much variety in some categories of food expansive in others. Never has small packs of chicken breast only family size.

Always have what I want, including rather great prices and fuel rewards.
Not to mention a Pharmacy, a deli, a fish window, a bakery, and a coffee shop.

We always visit Kroger at Mitchell well I had a great experience with them because I also pay my gas and electric bill there I want to see the manager the manager approached me in 10 minutes she was explaining that she was fix my account properly and she took care of that and also add something to it as late charges excellent service

I picked up a prescription there. I had another coming a day later. They were nice enough to fill the second perscription in about 15 minutes which saved me another trip to the store.

Have seen it operate better nothing to out of wack. I normally view this Kroger as a 5 if I were to rate it. No worries on my dampening my spirit for visiting this Kroger again.

My Opinion is Kroger is a good but the people that run the fruit bat for the Produce department don’t know what they are doing. It’s like they wait too long to put it out
