Grocery Store Kroger reviews
25Great Kroger experience. Liquor Store staff is always friendly and nice. Just always an all around great location.
10 minutes until close I needed 1 thing and the security guard wouldn’t let me in. If you are changing your hours you should post it so people don’t drive across town to be disappointed. (This was evening of the 12th) I called after being turned away and the employee didn’t apologize, just told me that had to get the people out of the store because they are taking too long. I told him that wasn’t me I only needed 1 item.
For the first time in over a year since the pandemic started I made the mistake of going to Kroger. The reason I stopped shopping there is I felt they don't care about their patrons it would not hold up to covid-19 regulations and guess what I was correct. When I was shopping today I noticed someone was not wearing a mask so I went to a manager to report the issue. The manager said it was too hard to deal with this customer and said sorry. I will go back to shopping at Giant eagle whole foods and Aldi's because those places care about their shoppers and will make people not wearing a mask or following policy leave the store.
Lots of *ahem* criminal types lurking right outside the doors, every day. They'll wait around to accost you as you exit. Not safe at all for a young woman. Go to the giant eagle or luckys a few blocks away, or even the graceland kroger.
This Kroger is absolutely terrible at keeping it's items stocked. Need bread/milk/butter/eggs? You've got a 50/50 chance. Need anything else? I suggest going to another store entirely. You won't find what you need. Trust me. Their employees do not seem to care about your shopping experience either. And the store's aisle are so tiny that you're unable to move around other people without knocking into their cart. Especially now that there is a Starbucks in there.
I recommend shopping at the Giant Eagle down the street or Lucky's. Not only will you find better meat/produce, but you'll also have a larger selection of everything else to choose from. And you'll be able to get everything you need without worrying if something will be in stock.
Okay for a neighborhood Kroger. Not quite the selection of larger Krogers. Looks like it's in transition though.
No longer a good place for healthy food.
Distributed all the healthy food from one section to throughout the store. As well, cut back and eliminated most of it. Waste of time to shop there now due to very limited selection.
Love this Kroger, but after years of having a natural foods isle, they have moved everything out into the main floor, which is understandable, how much less convenient. Especially, since the employees don't know where stuff was moved.
Better lighting than a few years ago. Produce section is nice
Aisles for cans, boxed goods etc.is too narrow.
This is a smaller Kroger so you may not find the variety your used to but it is we'll organized and friendly.
Graceland Kroger out of Almond Milk and also blueberries that were on sale. Their excuse was that they were remodeling. Went to another Kroger at E. N. Broadway.at least they had the milk but again no blueberries.
It's a good store has most of what I need but not all the time and sometimes they're not stocked on something like the bread I like. But 95% of the time they're fine.
Occasionally they don't update their prices in the shelves so you end up paying more than what is advertised. Otherwise, the staff is corteous and the place is clean
It was a quick stop on way home. This store location is a small Krogers so if ur looking for something call a head or go to a larger one. Their selections are small because they don't have alot of shelf space.
My wife and I had come in from Cleveland area and we decided to stop in because we don't have a Kroger there anymore. Everything looks very good! The bakery is fresh, reasonably priced. I think the seafood prices were downright cheap the quality looked out of this world.we bought swordfish, crab legs, and salmon fillet. John at the counter was very helpful gave us some advice about the store.
They have a pretty decent selection and convenient location. Although the Morse rd location seems to have better in store sales. Still a good store, regardless.
The pharmacy hooked me up with their new RX plan and I'm going to save $14 a month on my prescriptions. Great program! What is cost to join for 1 year will only take a couple of months to even out over all. Better then the RX plan I was currently using.
This is my regular grocery joint, however, I am a bit perplexed by their choice to remove certain natural food items. Things I used to love buying here are no longer offered, such as many nondairy icecream options, as well as vegan chocolate chips, just to name a couple. I was told they were trying to make it more of a "basics" store, and they recommend I go to a Kroger marketplace the get my "specialty items". Kind of disappointing. But I really love this store and all the coupons they send me!
First everything is as disorganized as it can get. Instead of putting all the nuts in one aisle they have them spread across the entire store. Second I wouldn't dare touch the fresh produce the bananas all had mold all over them. I recommend shopping somewhere else because it will save you time and you won't have to worry about getting sick.
In and out pretty quickly even at a peak shopping hour. Good selection of products considering the relatively small size of the store.
