Kroger Fuel Center reviews
63rd time I'd try to get gas there and I'll cut it right reader don't work half the time tell you something's wrong with your car drive down the road and all the other gas stations worked just fine
The old black women who works here is extremely rude, she yelled at me through the booth speaker because I wasn’t taking my money out fast enough for her and she is also Very rude to people with disabilities who ask her any questions, if you only ask her one thing one time she will yell at you in response
The pumps always work fine, but the location can be hard to get in and out of.
If I could give no stars I would. I usually get my gas at other Kroger locations nearby, but this one had a good price 2 days ago so I thought I would try it. First I had a problem trying to get pump to recognize my Kroger plus #
Had to type it in manually at least 3-4 times. Then it wouldn't take my credit card. Had to try that multiple times also. By this time it had printed out several receipts with zero gas purchases. I had spent no less than 10 minutes outside screwing around with all this when I decided to go in station and purchase inside. It was only showing that I had 20 cents in bonus gas points when I actually had 90. Outside it had told me 90. Girl inside said she could do nothing and I would have to call Kroger to fix it. Suffice it to say that I was running on an almost empty tank so I had to get a little gas elsewhere on my way home, then call Kroger at home to fix everything and go back out to my local Kroger to finally fill up. Geez, I don't think that was much trouble at all, do you? DO NOT bother with this station. They need updated pumps at the very least.
Terrible location also! Horrible trying to pull out in traffic!
They turned the air pump on for free after I bought gas, and this sort of thing thrills me to no end.
