13I don’t advise you to come here, I arrived at 11 o’clock, now it’s almost 6 pm, they still haven’t loaded it. Day lost freaks
Hey drivers Do not come through for pick up or delivery. Minimum six hours for pick up or delivery. Either way drivers watch from there.
Shipping department got here at 4: 00 pm and it's going to be 11: 00 and still here avoid coming here if you can
Checked in 11: 30 am. Got the dock 5pm and paperwork 6: 55 pm. Please avoid this place unless you want to reset your 10 hours here. No vending machine only portable bathroom.

The security guard is really professional. He allowed me to stay for another 1 hour to get my driving time back, but the yard dog driver, she came and said, "You need to leave now. She thinks she is Ms.kroger
I Knew better than to take this load! In a door at 10am started loading at 1pm and it's now 4: 30pm. There has a been shift change and the new guard doesn't know anything about my load. It has been more than 2 hours since a forklift went in my trailer. And I was the only live load all day. I Will Never Ever take another Kroger load. This will even detour me from shopping at any Kroger or affiliate.
Most of the security staff are friendly, not all of them.
Very Helpful supervisor from the office.
Other than this, never coming back.
I’ve seen guys waiting 3-4 hours for the dock, next 4 hours to get loaded/unloaded.
Not a lot of room for parking but enough for backing in super tight docks.
Don’t Try to be earlier hoping they will unload you cause they won’t.
Security very friendly, it's really nice guy. Explain everything pretty good. I like this place.
Checked in at 8am for a 9pm app.it's 1am and they have not started yet.and to top it off the yard dog backed into my mirror and he denied it and drove off (evening driver). As if I'd lie about that Lol.docks are tight (very close side by side) and the only decent people here I've met is security. That's my experience and hopefully yours will be different. Very disappointing place. 6 hours past app time to load. Watch out for 'Ray Charles'. (yard dog driver). Lol.you've been warned.
Never come here, you will stand for many, many hours. Appointment 14: 00, now it's 21: 00 and I'm still here. I don't know when I'll leave here
If you pick up a load here, you're gonna be waiting. This place will eat your 14 hour clock. Closest truck parking is down in Florence
Very bad service the security guard so rude then I checked in at 11am and the load loaded at 4.49 pm
Be on time for your appointment, check in at guard shack, they will call you when they are ready for you. Slide your tandems back, the backing is very snug between trailers but plenty of room to maneuver and back straight in, wait to load and when you get green light, wait for security to bring your paperwork to you. Very simple, they are on point with their appt times, and typically takes about 1 to 2 hrs to load.
The security guard, James (usually on 2nd shift) is the best. He is friendly and very kind. Thanks Kroger for being decent.
