Kroger Marketplace reviews
23 Store closes at 11pm
1050 there is a lady guarding the door, I asked what time do you close she says 11. I reply it’s 10 till she said I know were closed now. No customer service skills what so ever.
Have shopped here for years but since you've decided to emulate Meijers but with high prices, I'll just shop at Meijers. Your selection has cratered, your produce is overpriced and less than desirable, your staff crowds the aisles shopping for those curbside customers and are rude to those of us who prefer to do our own shopping. What is wrong with you guys?
Very friendly service. Cahsier Kalie was wonderful and welcoming, I felt she went out of her way to make everyone's day better. Good job Kalie
I thought I would give Kroger one more chance to get their act together with the pickup service. In line for an hour again today for a noon pickup. You'd think they'd have it figured out after 2 months during the COVID-19 pandemic. I've used Walmart and never waited, so I will shop there going forward.
Lots of stuff but very confusing. The layout was waaaay unorganized. The dairy was next to the automotive department 、 the bread was in the middle of the store but the bakery was in the back left-nowhere near bread. I made plans to leave with no bread、 until I finally saw it up by the registers. Separated from the bakery by like 6 rows of drink products.couldn't just shimmy those drinks one aisle over to make room?
I like this store - it's a huge grocery with lots of other things, too. They also have a lot of food made there ready to eat like sushi, artisan pizza, Chinese and Mexican street food and more. They have a great salad bar with several soups, too. They have a nice seating area where you can eat your hot food after you've bought it. You can get wine and sit around at the bar or take it to drink while you do your shopping. There's also a Starbucks inside.
Couldn't find anything, lots of things were out of stock. 2hours in store and left without things we needed.
Real good great deli, seafood workers! Met some great customers!
I did upset a man, see he was more interested in his cell phone than managing his groceries at the check out. I thanked him for not placing a divider on the rubber checkout mat. So he had to raise his voice to tell me he was on the phone, several times. So when he finished and started leave I expressed for him to have a happy new year. C
I'm giving this Kroger 3 stars because they never have baggers. I'm in line right now writing this review. 8 lanes open and only 2 baggers.
Today was very unusually busy, due to the holiday. It gets harder and harder to get through the aisles there as they seem to always be stocking and those large carts used by the staff shopping for pick-up orders are always blocking the shelves. Today most of the checkout lanes were open, but only a few had baggers which made the lines without one slow. Other than those occasional annoyances, I prefer shopping at Kroger to other stores.
It is a great place with a variety of options. The main thing is a general grocery store that includes a bakery, a place to get fresh lunch meat, and healthy food items that can fill the needs of people who have food deficiencies
Such a large space which gives room for plenty of options. I just wish they would stop moving things around so often.
Very clean store but watch how your groceries are bag I've had two different experiences when they bag somebody else's groceries in mine
Just spent over $200 on groceries & had to help cashier to bag! Where’s the baggers? !? !? They had 2 for multiple cash registers. Who manages this place! Might as well gone to Aldi! Hersh!
Kroger employee Sharon provided excellent customer service, but the gift card I wanted was out of stock
Always not sold out of any items I'm looking for. The staff has always been pleasent. Prices, in my opinion, are always fair and a lot of items are always on sale. Only drawback is parking is always 3/4 full and takes awhile to park. Obviously, not there fault. Always a safe, nice, calm experience to go. There's also dining options on the other side of the parking lot. Subs, pizza, Chinese, Mexican, and smoothies to choose from.
Ordered cake and went to pick up next day nothing to pickup they said no cakes came in and we called you. No one called! Wrong number they wrote down. Won’t go back there again.
I like shopping here. They have most of what need. Prices reasonable especially with the Kroger plus card.
First off, I just wanna say thank you! I live closer to the Sugarcreek Kroger, but have had really bad experiences with the click list my past few visits so I decided to switch over and make the drive to Beavercreek. I’d like to commend you on the friendliness of your staff and your organization! There was zero wait time, zero substitutions, and a big smile from the person who loaded up my truck! What more could you ask for? I will surely be visiting your store for all of my click list needs in the future! Great job!
Hello there's a worker named Cody and when I was checking out he kept slamming my items that i was purchasing on the thing where it rolls to the bags. I found it really rude and I just wanted to report him. The location was at the Beavercreek Ohio krogers
