Kroger Pharmacy, Defiance OH

If this had an option to give this pharmacy no stars, I would because even 1 star would be too generous. This is hands down the most disorganized, unethical, and rudest pharmacy I have ever gotten prescriptions from. Every time I go to this pharmacy they either don’t have them ready for me or I’m missing some of my prescriptions. And they always make up excuses to put it back on the customers rather than taking responsibility for keep track of medication. They spread false information about my insurance company in order to refuse me service. I called my insurance company to see what the problem was they said it was all on Kroger’s end with whatever problems I am having to get my prescriptions. Everyone who works there should not have a job and the pharmacy just needs to be shut down cause it’s doing more harm than good to their patients who desperately need their medications.

Received a prescription glucose testing kit from here, asked how to use it because I've never tested glucose. The pharmacist told me to call the manufacturer. Next, I asked how often I test and was told to call my doctor. Seriously? ! No help. Never left a negative review anywhere, but this was ridiculous.

The absolute SLOWEST & RUDEST pharmacy ive ever used in my life. I just switched here because my doctor told me they were cheaper than who i was using, i dont even care after my experience here. Ill be switching back to my old pharmacy. Pathetic that you have customers willing to pay more to NOT go here. The techs are so rude. Read other reviews which say the same thing. My doctor called in my prescription at 9am i went after work at 630 and my script still wasnt filled! Kroger you may want to reevaluate your pharmacy employees BECAUSE YOURE LOSING BUSINESS OVER IT.

Just plain rude will be switching my prescriptions to another pharmacy
