5I have given this pharmacy sooo many chances. I understand that they are short staffed but the communication is not there. Nothing is ever ready when I arrive.
The wait time here is atrocious. Staff up or something. Don't nobody want to wait forever to pick up their prescription.
50 minutes of waiting only to find out my insurance was no accepted, and no help whatsoever to transfer my prescription to another pharmacy that does. Slow, terrible assistance, and rude individuals
Every time I go they want me to come back next day because they have messed something up. They almost never answer the phone. Go somewhere else
Avoid this pharmacy like the plague. They have messed up all of our family’s prescriptions so bad I can’t even begin to explain. No one answers the phone. You have to start completely over with every time person you talk to. They will say they’re doing something and they do not. It took me 2 weeks just to transfer my medicines out of there. Do not ever go there
