Kroger Pharmacy reviews
14The WORSE customer service. They never have the prescription that is needed. Every single time. Wait times are hours, and sometimes days.
I recently switched my prescriptions to Amazon pharmacy due to Kroger long long wait times and Rx's never being ready on time!
If there was a lower than 1 star rating I would give it to them. I called 3 times got put on hold then hung up on each time. I really hope people see this and switch pharmacys because this is unacceptable.
They NEVER answer the phone, 100000% dysfunctional, always behind, drive-up window is always closed and my disabled grandmother has got to park and go it. Unacceptable!
I will be using a different RX to fill my prescriptions. I always have to wait.wait.wait.atleast 24 hrs. Or more to get my prescription. I also received the wrong prescription (which was not even the new script that my dr.called in On previous day.) When I approached them about it immediately after, unfortunately paying for it then I was laughed at by the tech that originally filled it. I'm glad to see that she was amused at my frustration with them.
Needed a medication filled after my chemo. This was on a Tuesday and I take this pill 4x aday for 3 days immediately following chemo.
Pharmacists told me it would be ready Saturday and didn’t care. I will be changing to a different pharmacy.
Giving a 1 star only to leave a review. 0/5 recommend. Absolutely nothing but issues and insane wait times. Only reason I stayed was for my child’s prescription. North the first time it’s happened either. Over an hour wait time each time we’re here. Hopefully nothing to do afterwards.
Customer Service at the Hebron location is the worst. They are extremely rude and have attitudes like they don’t want to be there.
Had to make three trips to pharmacy to pick up one Rx. Before making second trip called to ask if it would be ready they said yes it would be ready by 5pm. So we waited until noon the next day thinking it definitely would be ready right? Went to pick it up and they said oh sorry we don't have enough of it to fill your prescription. I guess they gave it out to others? So they had to order more of it so it wasn't till the nextday we got it. Always a loooong wait, they make you feel like just a number. So we switched to Arensburg in Hebron, with them more you get more personal, accurate, and faster service. Much happier since we switched to Arensburg would recommend anyone do the same. Gave kroger one star because zero isn't an option
Complete trash. They told my wife her prescription would be ready by 7pm. (10 hr wait, after a 25 min wait on phone with extremely rude female) Showed up at 7: 05 and were told they haven’t even started it yet. How hard is it to put pills in a bottle?
I dropped a prescription for 6 pills off before 3 pm. I was told it would be an hour. I kindly said okay I will return later. I went to workout and cameback, shopped for a few things, and went to pick up the medications. I was told it would be another hour. After shopping more, checking out, loading my vehicle, taking my good ole' time I might add. I returned an hour later to told another 20 minutes. I am a Nurse and know what a C2 item is, and a pharmacist must prepare, but when 5 employees are slowly moving around with no idea of what it means to move with a purpose, you can bet they will never get my business again!
My husband was called to receive his second shingles shot was told insurance has declined him this was incorrect this lady lied insurance company suggested we try a different pharmacy
Constantly a long wait line. Very rude associates. Had surgery on my mouth, gave reasonable time to go pickup my prescription (2 hours) and they said we are sorry it's going to be another two hours. I had no pain meds as the numbing wore off. Their drive thru is only open when you get lucky. I went through at 8: 15am on a Monday morning and she came over said we are short staffed and that I need to come inside. I parked dragged my young child out into the cold went inside and there was absolutely no one else around. And the girl who checked me out was screwing around on her cell phone.
Slow there's times there can be rude could be just a bad day telling people over the phone when there meds are ready get there not ready can be frustrating sometimes
