Kroger Pharmacy, Miamisburg OH

Whoever the lady pharmacist is that work's the desk most times (foreign) is nothing but RUDE! They have a lunch from 1-130. I get that, but I had headed to the line at 1: 32 and got huffed and puffed at by her as she was going to bathroom for absolutely no reason, and then after her opening that gate at what was now 1: 39 I proceeded to the desk to pick up my son's prescriptions, he has adhd and requires medication that's a narcotic. It was suppose to be filled the 29th, I got the text it was ready, but had a few over from him being sick and not needing it right then but when I go to pick it up (the 1st) along with other prescriptions I needed for my daughter.they didn't have his ready she told me to "come back in 30-45 mins". Whatever, ok. So i went home and was gonna just come back later. I then receive a text AN HOUR later that it was on backorder, so I call and she proceeds to tell me she told me this days ago "left a message" which I then had to explain no I have the text it was sent 10 mins ago, and had no voice message, now my son has no meds and I'm waiting on Springboro to fill my order (where I'm now always going)

Point is she's just rude, and makes you feel and inch tall, this is'nt my first experience with her, but will most certainly be my last.

Lines have been ridiculously long inside store. Cars DON’T MOVE at drive thru. This pharmacy has been short staffed for months & while the staff is friendly (but noticeably stressed) I am moving all of our prescriptions elsewhere. We don’t have 30 minutes to wait every time we need to pick up a prescription. This pharmacy has lost my business.

They are a great pharmacy. They are usually very busy which can mean longer wait times for refills and new scripts.

Frequently delayed. They close for lunch. Have messed things up in the past. Today I had to go 3 times before my prescription was right. Spent over an hour just waiting between the three times (plus drive time). I’d use anywhere BUT here.

This is a review for the Kroger Pharmacy at Austin Landing in Dayton, Ohio. I recently picked up a prescription for Methylprednisolone – 4mg – 21 Tablets. At the register the quoted price was $24.62. I then asked about the GoodRx price. The young lady dodged the request and quickly told me I could get the “Kroger Discount Price” of $15.79. I thought that was O. K.until I checked the “GoodRx price quote for Kroger” and found it to be $9.22. (62% less than $24.62 and 42% less than $15.79)
This kind of exchange has created serious trust issues that I feel toward Kroger. I feel taken advantage of and misled. The only reason that I have written this review is because I hung up after I was left on hold for 15 minutes.
I’m not blaming the pharmacy team; they are working as hard as can be expected. The problem seems to be more of an issue that has taken hold of the Kroger Company.

The pharmacist seemed like a generally unfriendly man. He was visibly upset that I wanted him to run my insurance. (I was transferring my Rx from another pharmacy) They also did not fill a new Rx. I was not aware had been called in. It was over a week before I realized this, when the Dr asked how that Rx was going. When I called back they said, sorry IDK how he missed it.

Thier very rude and short. They never have things in order. Or on top of filling prescription. It's always the next day because they say they're out of the medication it's been going on for months now.

I always use drugmart but they didn't have a script my daughter needed so I used kroger, sat in line for an hour just plain ridiculous. I'll never use them again.

DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY, if you have children send their prescription to the Dayton Children’s pharmacy just down the road on 741, they have better hours and employees, and send adult scripts ANYWHERE else.

A pharmacy tech told me that it was a state law that I remain there for 15 minutes after flu vaccine, it is NOT a law, maybe a store policy.
When my wife tried to get her vaccine record faxed to her employer, they said that it was a HIPAA violation to do so, it is in fact NOT a violation to provide information at the patient's request. Especially when the person they'd be faxing it to is also a Healthcare provider

Train your personnel better and tell them to stop making up rules and laws because they just don't want to do their job.

A company this large should really operate a lot better. I came in for one prescription, they told me it would be an hour, when I came back they said it would be a hour. This happen 2 more times. I was very polite and they were only rude to me. I think Kroger overall is in decline
