Kumo Japanese Seafood Buffet, Cleveland OH

Best japanese buffet around, been going here for many years since they were a little tiny place, more than 20-25 years ago.

Kumo is a very delicious seafood buffet! Just tried their hot pots n man was that an interesting experience! All in a good way! So many choices and everyone is so helpful! I would sooooo recommend this to everyone! Will be going back again n again!

I feel a bit bad leaving a low review because I understand that covid has impacted restaurants badly, but I honestly feel like the owner must be very money hungry to allow this place to remain open for dine in.

The experience was terrible. You cannot serve yourself so you have to wait for the man to come out of the back & serve you your food. I felt very rushed & as if i was bothering the guy. He even started making suggestions because i guess i took too long deciding.the food is the same standard as mall food court chinese food. We probably would've been better off going there. You also must eat off of paper plates/silverware.

They need to CLOSE the inside & only offer carry out because the prices are outrageous for what theyre offering! For 3 people & a child was over $65! I felt robbed. I could tell that the other people there (not many) were also having a bad time. I thought about leaving asap but the drive was long & we were starving. Next time I'll just go to panda express & save half the money.

Food was very good. Service was good. They served you so took some time, instead of self serving. But still very good

Delshious food.plenty of options. Love the sushi Pleasant and efficient service. They abide to COVID rules and are very clean.

Always loved Kumo. It's a little strange right now with the plague but gotta give them props. Still pretty good

Horrible service they tried to tip they self $9 without permission and the drinks was water down ‍️Wouldn’t recommend to nobody

Other than the cafeteria setup that's a really good place to eat at if you're ever in Cleveland Ohio or live around here is a good place to eat me and my wife just hate hearing more from Michigan and kids

Food was fresh and price was decent. They had a decent selection of food from sushi, calamari, shrimp, crab and all the other great things you expect at a good all you can eat buffet. Only downside due to covid-19 a server fix's your plate and they kind of do it in a " you back for more? " kind of way

Usually I don’t do Asian buffets and some friends invited us to go. Compared to other Chinese/Japanese buffet this place was very good. Tasty dishes and was cooked pretty fresh. I enjoyed eating here and soon will try the hot pot. They have many varieties of meats, sushi, and soup. The fried rice was good and the cooked yellow noodles. I was very full and had desert and my favorite chocolate ice cream. I would recommend visiting this restaurant.

My favorite buffet! The staff is always around to take care of you & food is immediately replenished. Good food & so many options for an amazing price.

Restaurant appeared clean but the food was just okay. Most food tasted old some chicKen tasted rubbery. I came specifically for crab legs which ended up being extra $5 or $6 dollars. My daughter speaks Chinese and most all the workers there were Chinese but the Restaurant is titled Kumo Japanese Seafood Buffet. This explains why so many of the dishes were Chinese and not fresh. Not worth $18!

Vast array of food, but some of it was just unappetizing when you ate cause it had been sitting out to long like fish, some of the sushi, and some of the rices were over cooked.

Wonderful Service at the table. Bad dinner selection the day we went. Lunch had a better selection for the price.

I love this place. Their crawfish is delicious, and I love crawfish. The only thing I disliked about the buffet is their crab legs. They fdont serve them hot, and the meat comes apart to easily.

Food selection was very limited and nothing like it was when it first opened; like most restaurants as time go by!

Love Kumo. Always good food. Place is always clean. Especially the buffet area. Huge selection of Cali rolls and sushi.

The place used to be halfway decent, maybe 3 starts, but the last time we were there it was really bad. There were a few items that were ok, but the dim sum and sushi was not even edible.
