L a Nails, Toledo OH

I have always come here for eyebrow waxing and they usually do a good job. But this time they were EXTREMELY RUDE. She did my eyebrows so fast and not good. They were uneven and one side was really thin. I told her I didn’t like the one side and that she did it too thin. She proceeds to raise her voice and yell at me and tell me no they’re not. So then she starts yelling at me in a different language. I told her I don’t know what you are saying but I will not allow you to talk to me like this. I told her she was unprofessional and rude. NEVER AGAIN! They also double dip their wax stick in piping hot wax that sits in a cake box. I don’t know why I didn’t leave as soon as I saw that. I wouldn’t recommend this place because if you speak up or don’t like something they will literally yell at you. Even her husband was yelling at me. She then tries to take a picture of me. I would be never go back to this place!

Peter did a great job on my nails, they are smooth and just the right thickness and the shape is perfect! Going back Friday for a pedicure!

I thought I’d give this place a try again
They never cease to disappoint me with their lack of care for the quality of my nails or pedicure!
I paid for the next level pedicure for my daughter and I, I also wanted my nails done
The owner called his wife back to the building to do my nails and I already opted out of getting them done
I just wanted to concentrate on a really good pedicure
First they had the water so hot that my feet were beet red
Then joked about it saying they’re red like a tomato because I’m mexican (not funny)
Then when the wife got there and convinced me she would do my nails they rushed through our pedicures while speaking their language the entire time
Never cutting my toe nails
Leaving me to walk to the wife so she could paint my toe nails
But expected me to put my shoes on with wet feet
And did not want to give me the pedicure slippers to put on
But eventually did
My nails look horrible
She did my nails like a little girl would wear them
They were so short and ugly!
Not even nicely shaped
These people don’t care
I was so hot my whole face makeup was melting off my face, not to mention how swollen my feet were because of the burning hot water
I will never everrr go back to this place which is now located on Alexis in the Target plaza next to the Ocean gardens buffet and Tj Max
I don’t think they wipe down their chairs that customers sit on because they smelled bad as I sat there
They smelled like dirty open butt
And they were rushing around to clean while we were there so they could close and while mopping the floor smelled like rotten boiled eggs with a dirty rag smell
If I could give them a no star I would
I literally spent $199.00 on 2 pedicures and a set of nails and I wish I would’ve never stepped foot in this place
Just horrible service

I absolutely LOVE how they do my nails. They are all good, but Amy did my nails for the first time today, and she did AMAZING!

My technician and all of the staff were friendly and accommodating. I asked for a particular design and it turned out fantastic! I'd recommend LA Nails to anyone who wants a great experience getting a mani or a pedi.

Dawn is great at what she does, some days are better than others for nails to be done there- it’s clean, and for the most part it’s a 5 star but sometimes they can be rude, also last time was there a man beat his girlfriend or ex girlfriend up inside the salon, the female was defending herself really well and a couple bystanders jumped in but the police weren’t called and i didn’t feel l.a nails did all they could for that lady!

My wife attends that facility all the time. The people are nice very professional and do great quality work

I made an appt for 2pm. I got here at 145pm. I did not get my feet in water until 230 and there were still 2 people waiting with feet in the water. So it's 4pm and I don't have my toes painted. They need 2 more techs at least. The quality is great! They use wonderful products and they are very nice and accommodating. They need more staff!

If you zoom in on the nails you will see that they are cracking. This is literally the next morning. I wanted to like this place I really did. They are extremely nice and fun to talk to. I was just seriously disappointed in the quality for the price I paid.

The index nail broke she just covered it with acrylic and said its fine.
The acrylic layer is so thick at the back it doesn't look natural at all. I waited for two hours and was rushed thorugh the process and it was $118 for a full set and pedicure I will drive fifty miles next time I want these services

Not even a week I had them done and already chipping! The guy was very rude very rough, the lady and guy not nice at all.will NOT BE GOING BACK TO THEM… Payed a lot and didn’t even last not friendly at all…

Told them i had an awful experience at the last place i went. After 30 min of waiting i was rushed through my entire process.nails are different shapes and depths. Very uncentered. Had to go back in and have her redo the gel polish bc it felt bumpy and uneven. Will not be returning. $70 wasted

The guy told me 50 for my fill in soon as I said I didn't want a pedicure he said different price I have polish all around my nails lumps in my nails the owner was rude and acted like she new what was going on all he kept saying is show me the money never again it's dirty and gross and gave me wrong amount of cash back

The lady that did my niece nails was very rude and her nails were lumpy. It was a rush job.

Only one person doing nails, extreme wait time, over-priced, no variety or design ability. Wouldn’t recommend.

I was in and out within 45 minutes. I was a walk in but I love my nails and they are reasonably priced

I called to make an appointment for a powder and when I arrived I learned they only had a handful and you couldn't pick the colors. When the lady did it it did not come out good when I get home I'll have to file the powder from under my nails and sharp pieces she did not do a manicure so I have cuticles that look horrible.when she put the top coat on it was a shellac coat and only did half my nails so the edge is are going to flake later not worth the $60. The pedicure was basic beyond what would be normal he rubbed lotion on my one leg but not the other barely filed or trimmed my cuticles on my toes. $91 for the service and my nephew could have done a better job.

I absolutely love this place. Some of the other staff were upset with the gentleman who did my ombre nails because he did it in the opposite direction and they thought I was going to be upset. But I loved that he did it differently and he checked with me to be sure I approved of each nail from beginning to end. I am taking my sister-in-law there soon I cant wait!

They use to be ok but idk now the price is kinda off for the quality of work it would be nice if they took time to make sure the nails are correct and shaped correct and filed correct

I love this place! And they are moving locations, CLOSER to me.my niece and I went there tonight. They were very quick and professional. Tom and Nancy (the owners and operators) are amazing very friendly and Tom is hilarious! I always leave with a smile
