I would not entrust anyone other than Claude, with her extensive background and experience, she changed the way I look and the condition of my skin. I initially went to Claude for threading and facials at the recommendation of a close friend and colleague. Unfortunately I had 2 very negative and unprofessional experiences. The first involved a 15 minute eyebrow threading appt in which I was rushed out after 10 minutes without completing the service I had requested. The second time I was double booked with another client, and when Claude noticed this she denied I had an appointment. I showed her the email confirmation, and she then asked me to wait while she completed the other client's appt (when I had arrived earlier).
Overall, I would appreciate a business owner who respected all clients equally, and also respected their time. We all have busy schedules, so for her to completely dismiss an appt or cut it short is extremely short-sighted and a reason I will go elsewhere. I would not waste your time here.
