Much improved over the last few years. Pet charge is a bit high.
Breakfast is terrible.

FILTHY! Booked under last name "Wiedmer. " We stopped here on our way back from Nashville. $142 a night and it was absolutely filthy and disgusting in our room. All I had to do was step on the carpet and I could actually feel how dirty it was. I put a white towel on the floor, stepped on it, picked it back up, and it was filthy. Our comforter appeared to be unwashed and had old food on it. The room smelled musty. There was hair in our tub, dirt tracks on the bathroom floor. I am not one to complain, but wow. When you pay for a room, you expect it to be clean. The only reason I didn't ask for a refund and go elsewhere is because we were SO exhausted from traveling with our 9 month old all day.
Oh and the breakfast looked so disgusting that we couldn't even eat it.

The rooms was small and had no closet to hang up your dress clothes or any clothes for that matter. The staff is kinda lazy. Our room smelled so bad it woke me up in the middle of the night and all I could smell was a god awful smell! Like someone pissed all over the flood

We didn't stay in. We were traveling to Medina and there was a tornado warning and advice to take shelter immediately. We were nicely received when we sought for shelter in the foyer.

The person, female at the front desk wasn't very pleasant at all. Borderline rude to me while checking in. I get to the room and keys don't work and had to come back down to get it fixed, she never apologized, rude. Get in the room and the floor is wet, she spent all her time trying to prove that nothing was wrong and just put a towel behind the toilet. You can visibly see water stains from a leak but there's no problem with the toilet, let her tell it. Came back after work, towel still there and it's wet. Never apologized. No customer service.

1st time coming with my family. Arrived on Thursday leaving tomorrow (Sunday). Not once was our room cleaned. Had to go to the front desk every night just to get towels. This place sucks. Not worth it. Definitely do not & will not stay here again or recommend this place.

I truthfully can't really rate this hotel. Due to when I arrived to check in, I was told they had no hot water. I had to go to another hotel. But I can say they need to replace the parking lot. It looks extremely run down.

We needed to change our reservation and were not allowed to. Definitely not returning or recommending laquinta

Not happy at all paid $250 for a room with jacuzzi and couldn't even utilize it because the drain plug broke, told the front desk and didn't even apologize or offer something.the whole reason I chose this room was for the jacuzzi, other than that room was nice.

Clean, orderly, safe, with a really convenient location by I71 and right down from a Cracker Barrel.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are dated but very very clean! The pool and hot tub were very clean as well! I would definitely stay here again!

Great location with walkable stores/restaurants. Very clean. Tractor parking with limited space for trailer, no parking on street.

Pool and pool area needs attention (build up around inside) people have written their names in the inside gross build up. 2 people stepped on broken glass in pool area. Employee notified and cleaned the area
Breakfast bread good and waffles, the rest was very disappointing. For the price, we most likely will not return

Although I pre paid for the room bia Priceline I was somehow charged an additional $180.00 Thankfully I was notified by my bank and was quickly refunded.

4 of us were in the lobby after midnight, and were warned not to be too loud. Nobody could hear us, even when we went to the desk to get the WiFi password. We didn’t want to be loud in the room and wake others. We were asked to go back to our rooms because the manager saw us on camera and asked the desk attendant to ask us to leave. We were disturbing no one. Yet, upon arrival, a guest who is temporarily living here, had the most foul language, in the loudest voice, that I was thankful my kids didn’t hear. Don’t mind adults talking, but he was beyond inappropriate, and it’s allowed because he “lives here”. We caused no harm, no disruption, and even the man at the desk said he couldn’t hear us, but manager had his “eye in the sky”. Sorry, but for $141, I hope to be able to sit in a lobby where nobody is, to at least enjoy my stay in a clean room. Might have been able to overlook the dead bugs in the bathtub and the gummy bears on the carpet if we could’ve hung in the lobby, but that was a disappointment. Would not recommend that anyone I know, stay here. Do better for the people who pay to visit.

Horrible place to stay. We had 4 adults sitting in the lobby doing nothing but hanging out being quiet and were told we could not sit in the lobby. There were a couple men hanging out in the lobby and outside the front doors that were cussing and being loud but were “regulars” and they said nothing to them. The rooms were dirty when we arrived. Will NEVER stay here again.
