Joe and Stephanie were very friendly and helpful. I bought furniture from La-Z-Boy more than 15 years ago and the quality and craftsmanship were so good I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else.

Be careful when ordering custom furniture. I purchased the platinum protection plan. They cover nothing. The designer arranged my furniture and the fabric horribly discolored from the sun. Paid a lot for this chair. You would think their fabrics have UV protection. So buyer beware.

We had an idea of what we were looking for & was shown the options available with our specifications. They offered to sent someone to our home to measure & create a 3D design of our living room with the new furniture. It definitely helped us make up our minds.

Terrell waited on us as we entered the store, and we had a pleasant experience picking out the stationary recliner for our living room. We told him what we needed and he guided us to the chair that fit our needs. His suggestion to elevate the base with a wood frame to help me get out of the chair easier was important, and we were thankful for his suggestion to get the program for service and repairs for the fabric protection.
