We ordered a sectional. Upon delivery, one of the pieces had the wrong fabric and a second piece was the wrong piece. They took those pieces back and told us they would replace them. It has been an absolute nightmare to get those pieces replaced. Every time a delivery was scheduled, the delivery would be cancelled same day claiming the furniture was never put on the truck. There has been so much back and forth between us and the store. We would not purchase from them again.

We had two sales staff take care of us and both were more than competent. They were very knowledgeable about their furniture and so many fabric choices. They were polite and focused on us.

From start to finish our experience at the Mentor, Ohio Lazy Boy was great! We highly recommend them, and we will definitely be back!

Darnell was very patient with me on the phone when I called in to talk about purchasing a lift recliner for my mother who has dementia and is in a memory care facility. He answered my questions and concerns. He emailed me specific data about the chair I was interested in while we were on the phone. He even text me a color swatch while we were talking. Definitely outstanding customer service from Darnell. I came in to the store to complete the purchase and schedule delivery and Darnell was ready to go. He had all the paperwork out and ready for processing. I was in the store less than 10 minutes to complete this transaction. I highly recommend this store and specifically Darnell J. Professional, courteous, and seamless experience. Thank you Very much!

We bought a chair and ottoman and also a couch from here 18 months ago in January of 2021. The sofa was a floor model because as we all know waiting on furniture during Covid was a nightmare. After getting the items home we realized that the sofa was defective. It took some time for the store to respond when we brought it to their attention. Finally a couple of months later a tech came out and said they would order the pieces. A few months later the one piece was replaced but the other piece needed reordered because it too was defective. Again a tech came out and said this time it would be ordered. Now 4 months later they had forgotten us and when I called they said the case was closed and they would need to reschedule us and come out again to see what piece we need, and we are still waiting.
Bottom line is that after spending $5000 we feel very dissatisfied!

A technician came out for the fourth time and said that the piece would be ordered, we are still waiting.
Update 9/21/23
We finally got the piece replaced and after using it for about 9 months the leather has deteriorated along the seams. Upon inspection it appears that the leather is tissue thin. Totally disgusted with this $4000 piece of junk!

We see the store ads regularly and we're aware of the sale. The sale is also posted outside the store or in the windows of the store.

My wife and I were looking for reclining chairs. We chose La-Z-Boy because of it's reputation. With the help of sales associate, Gabriella, we found two recliners that we liked plus they were on sale. I would recommend La-Z-Boy for your furniture.

Simply awesome. Love the quality and uniqueness of their pieces. The staff is always super helpful, but also give you space if you just want to take things in. My place looks amazing after they helped me find some pieces in the store. They went above and beyond to find the right fit for me. Highly recommend!

I guess if i want a good recliner I'll have to pay for it, I did and over paid for something that is not what I was sold, never again would not buy a lazboy for my dog.

We were greeted warmly by the sales rep, Summer. When we told her what we were looking for, she guided us directly to the items that we were interested. We had to wander the other stores looking for a side chair so this was appreciated. We purchased two chairs that recline and Summer also helped select the fabric that fit our vision.
