We have been a La-Z-Boy customer for many years. Recently purchased a new suite of furniture and have been very satisfied with the experience. Kudos to Tony and crew at the North Olmsted store.

Our experience with purchasing La-Z-Boy furniture was wonderful!
During the initial visit we had a chance to look over the selection of sofas and recliners available to us. Destiney C.was very helpful in showing us the various styles and explaining the warranty and maintenance package.
She did not pressure us at all into making a purchase but instead made us feel welcomed.
During the second visit, we continued to look at various options of sofas and recliners. Destiney was very patient with us and helpful in giving us suggestions. She pointed to us which piece would be better for us in regards to our personal needs.
My husband and I were both impressed with her knowledge and willingness to share this knowledge with us. Destiney was very pleasant and very professional. She listened to our needs.
As a result, we ended up buying two beautiful recliners suitable for our own needs.

Fantastic experience at the store. The staff was so friendly and helpful in picking out my furniture for my new apartment. Tony in particular was very detailed in finding out my floor plan and square footage to figure out how to best utilize my space and that no piece was too big.

Hi! I highly recommend the N. Olmsted location. I had ordered a chair for my mom online and long story short.chair wrong size and I didn’t realize that all online orders are created from scratch and take a long time. Destiny went through a lot of calling and talking to different people to try and switch the order to a stock chair. My mother is 91 and we need it for her and Destiny helped me find a stock chair. My family and I really appreciate it! A big thank you goes to Destiny:)

Couldn’t of been happier with the whole process, really helpful having the Daniel the designer come to our house and really help us find out what works for us, there’s so many choices and he helped us narrow it down to what we liked. Usually when we spend that much money it is very stressful but we actually feel like it was worth it. Would definitely recommend and use again.

I had a great experience shopping at Lazyboy. My salesperson was Kevin who was very knowledgeable and patient with us. He did not pressure us and was willing to let us take fabrics home over night. Not only did I buy a couch but a powe chair to match. I would highly recommend them at this point. Have my furniture on order. Will let you know once it is delivered.

Wide variety of product on site. Great prices. Staff was VERY helpful in showing us all possible options to satisfy our needs.

Our salesman, Kevin, was polite and enthusiastic. He helped us find what we wanted and the desired color of fabric. When we went to the store a few days later to put half of the money down, the young woman in the office was courteous and very efficient.

Purchasing the chair was an easy experience. Waiting for chair to be delivered, which will be in 3 more days

Scott's service was extremely helpful, insightful, and delightful! We felt that we could take our time and weigh all of the options of different styles and fabrics. Designer Daniel was also most helpful in giving us useful hints for accessories and insight to the sofa that we chose. I would recommend the Scott, Daniel, and the La-Z-Boy store in North Olmsted.
