I dont get my hair cut very often but when I do I go to lady janes everyone I have had cut my hair has been great.

I get my haircut here often and they always do a good job. They cut my kids hair too and they listen to him about what he wants.

Despite the carousel of stylists coming and going, I've yet to meet an unpleasant one, particularly on days like today when they're very short staffed when someone might be grumpy. Shannon was very pleasant, effortlessly charismatic and most importantly good at her trade.

Worst Haircut I Have Ever Recieved. Neck was sore, when I got home I found out why. My neck is cut up on both sides. The back of my head is cut into an almost V patern. I offered friendly conversation and a generous tip. She didnt say anything.even after the generous tip to fix this mess she made. WOW Very poor service. This location has been going downhill for a while. Time to stop supporting this establishment.

I’ve been a customer at the Rocky River location for several years. I initially jumped around and tried different stylists and they were each great, which is what kept me coming back. Ultimately, I met Shannon and had the best haircut of my life. Needless to say, I’ve been returning to see Shannon ever since. Always kind and courteous, she delivers a consistent and high quality service that is definitely worth more than what they charge! I’ll be a client of Shannon’s for as long as she’ll have me! My advice: Ask for Shannon, try the extras, and tip well!

Shannon, the store manager is phenomenal at all aspects of the job. She’s an exceptional stylist and always provides a warm and welcoming atmosphere. She’s always on time, friendly, and gets your haircut right every time. Definitely would recommend her and recommend the Rocky River location.
