I can never get ahold of them. It’s always at least 20 minutes before someone answers

Waited to schedule an appointment for 30 min I scheduled a call back at 3pm. I didn't hear back by 4pm I called again waited on hold until 5: 05 pm never got ahold of anyone.

Actually sitting here now, nearly thirty minutes after my appointment time waiting to get into a room I will likely sit in for another 30 minutes waiting before I actually see someone. That would actually be an improvement from last time where I sat for nearly an hour-and-a-half waiting. This place is legit terrible and the 2.7 stars showing in Google is generous.

We have been with this practice from the beginning over 30 yrs, we are looking for a new practice now, you sit on hold, last time over a 1 1/2 hrs, rush you in and out, no Saturday or evening appts anymore, used to be a great place now it's like a factory but not for the better, so sad

Dr. Danielle Cooper is the most amazing physician. She is extremely intelligent and her diagnosis and care plans are perfection. I am a 40 year oncology RN at UH SCC and my standards are the highest. Dr. Cooper is so compassionate and always puts her patients needs above all else. My entire family sees Dr. Cooper and we feel so blessed she takes care of us. We are so grateful for her. She is the real deal.
