Lakes at Woodmont Apartments, Perrysburg OH

Move in was made very simple, considering I was relocating from out of state. Very considerate and helpful, quick responses. Apartment is in great condition and a wonderful space.

Maintenance and management is always timely and respectful. Grounds are always clean. That said I think these are pretty standard apartments. I would not call them “luxury”. Fresh paint and carpet upon move in is standard. Laminate is not luxury.

Best living experience I’ve had in my early adulthood! The maintence is always a minute away, the gym is amazing, the staff is awesome too. Only thing id change is pricing, it’s very pricy imo. Been here two years

I have been here for 11 years and love it here. Under new management now and Kristen is amazing. Any problems (which are very few) she is on top of and gets taken care of. Also amazing maintenance and Daniel is on top of everything around here. I love my view and will probably never move!

Management is extremely helpful and caring. Maintenance responds quickly to work orders and is very friendly. Apartments look incredible inside and out. Overall great experience so far!

I have lived here for a year and before that I lived at Lakes in 2014 for a year. I LOVE Lakes at Woodmont. The new management is doing a great job! I am so sad to leave but with my Fiancé getting a job in Charleston, it is something we couldn't refuse! Over the last year, any issues that I had were addressed immediately. The move in process was simple. The upgraded units are BEAUtiful. The pool is such a nice place to hang out in the summer, and the grounds are always nice to take my doggo Anna for a walk. They have a wonderful large dog run where you can take your dog off leash and the security for the amenities is awesome! It keeps people who do not live in the community out of our amenities. Kristen has been so pleasant to work with since she took over as PM. I'm so sad to move but if we are ever back in the Perrysburg area, this will be the first place we look! Thanks so much for a great year.

I lived in the Lakes at Woodmont for 4 years and had a great experience. I was so sad to leave! Any time I had an issue inside my apartment, maintenance was at my door at my earliest convenience. My one bedroom apartment had tons of space, a vaulted ceiling and a balcony facing a pond (my favorite part). Also, the parking situation was great, the spots are right outside your own door. I’ve recommended several neighbors who live there now and love it and would continue to do so again if I have the chance!

As a single elderly disabled person it’s easy to be a target of unkind people. Madeline and her crew are my Avengers. They care deeply for their residents. The atmosphere is calm and serene. Maintenance is the best I’ve seen. If your looking for a place to call home this is it. You will feel safe and appreciated.

Great value. No issues with management or maintenance. A bit older, but everything works well, and depending on which unit you get, tons of amazing afternoon light that makes everything fresh and inviting, with relaxing views of the grounds or "lake. " Well maintained and regular landscaping and snow removal. There's a gym, with equipment updated in the last year, and a small pool although never used it personally.

What a shame that they just throw out warnings and write ups to people without following up and getting both sides to the story. It was a great experience until management changed. Communication goes one way and notes left on doors. Our dishwasher has been acting up for a year after telling the office nothing was done. What a shame it is a really nice area. We lived there 1year and a half with no issues. Then new management took over and we got in trouble for other people's dog poop, a temporary apartment below us reported my husband for abuse.instead of talking to us (we have a 2yearold and a 6 year old) my husband was NOT throwing me around the apartment, and then icing on the cake.a late rent notice on December 1st when rent is due the 5th.

Quick to take 100$ non refundable application fee than deny you and leave you out 100$.

The property is always clean, and the staff is very professional. Amazing views of the lake!

We really enjoyed living at the Lakes at Woodmont! We had a ground floor one bedroom, with nice lake views. We were also close to the leasing office, gym and trash so we didn’t have to go far for everything we needed. Madaline and the office and maintenance staff were always so nice and accommodating to us with whatever we needed! We bought a house so we moved out but we gladly would’ve lived there for far longer!
