Shawn from Lakewood Ext. ’s was great. My issue was handled great both in response time and professionally.

The technician, Shawn, arrived on time, explained what his inspection would entail and the price for the service. I agreed and he did the inspection. When he finished, he told me what he’d found and showed me pictures. He then went over what he planed to do to solve the problem, went about doing it and then showed me more pictures of what he’d done.
He was very quick and efficient.

And helpful. I’m confined to a wheelchair and as he walked in the door, I managed to knock over a table with my power chair, dumping everything that had been on it across the living room floor. Shawn asked if he could pick it all up for me. Very helpful.

Took care of my mouse problem and check the outside and inside of my house for entry points. Great service!

I highly recommend Shawn and Lakewood Exterminating. I had called my appliance repair guy to come and fix a broken spring on my dishwasher. When he pulled the dishwasher out we got an unpleasant surprise seeing a rat scurry into his hole. I immediately called Lakewood Exterminating and Shawn was here the next day. He plugged the outside entry points, plugged the hole by the dishwasher and set traps under the dishwasher and in the crawl space in the basement. He also set mouse traps since I have had that problem as well. He followed up by email and then in person a week later. The traps were empty so he was going to come back the following week. Two days later I hear the rat at the other end of my cabinets. I emailed Shawn since it was very late at night. He responded and came the next morning, Shawn removed the kick plate and found the new hole. He brought in a trap that would capture the rat. That was on Thursday. Sunday afternoon my dog alerted me that the trap was no longer empty. I called Shawn and he came out that evening. He removed the rat, filled the hole, checked the basement and upon my request the attic and assured me that I am rodent free. I totally recommend Lakewood Exterminating. I had a rat problem three years ago, and when I called this time I told the admin, that I thought I had used them before. She found my information immediately. Everyone I have dealt with are very nice. Shawn is honest, informative and in my opinion reasonably priced.

Shawn was responsive, professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. There was a hole in our eaves which had allowed squirrels to get in. From the first phone call with Shawn I had the confidence he would take care of the issue - which he did. From the inspection to the repair work (to his ease at removing the squirrels from the traps), I was satisfied with my choice to call Lakewood Exterminating.

As I told him, I hope not to need to call him again but if I find myself in need of an exterminator I'm happy to know I have a great resource available.

Shawn was incredibly responsive - helpful when you freak out about mice - and came the next day to support. We were eager to take a due diligence approach (instead of just placing traps ourselves) by having Shawn explore the perimeter of our house, plug holes, and stop the problem sustainably. Seems to have worked! Hoping to be mice free for the long future!

Shawn was here for my mouse problem. He checked all around the exterior of my house and sealed any entry points for the mice to get in.

Shawn did a thorough job to find the mice entry points and seal them up. The company is responsive and professional. I have also used them for wasp removal.

Came day after I called. Came at the time they said they would with an appreciated text of being on their way. They were quick, efficient and took care of a hella lot of yellow jackets. Would definitely use again.
