They are amazing at what they do. You have to have a special kind of patience to deal with pediatrics who are afraid of the dentist. My 5 year old was quite combative and they still managed to successfully drill and crown 2 cavities. They were very kind and gentle with him and we'll definitely trust them to finish his work at his next appointment.

The best dental experience I could ask for my 2 year old! The front desk, hygienist, and dentist were friendly, informative, and incredibly engaging and personal with my toddler! We drove 2 hours one way, and we will definitely be back! Worth it!

We switched to this dentist after an AWFUL experience with another dentist in town. Switching to a pediatric dentist was our last hope as my kids were legitimately TERRIFIED of anything “dental” due to their past experiences.

From start to finish, Lancaster Pediatric Dentistry was a top notch dental experience that truly was of an entirely different caliber than any other place we have been. Dr. George Chen and his assistant, Kelly, were a breath of fresh air. They had excellent bedside manner, were absolutely wonderful with the girls, and by the time he started working on them they felt at ease (a feeling they have never had in a dental office). They even went as far as to shield my other child from the more “frightening” parts of the appointment with the bib. They took their time and explained everything in terms that the kids could both understand as well as relate to in a way that was not scary for them. The way Dr. George and Kelly took care of them was what any mother would want for their children— they were both phenomenal. We were not rushed and the entire office staff was wonderfully pleasant and professional with proper respect to COVID precautions. I will undoubtedly be singing this offices praises to anyone who will listen and my children will be with Dr. George and Kelly for as long as they possibly can be. We cannot thank them enough.

We also had the pleasure of having Shelby on our most recent visit and she was absolutely fantastic.

Everyone who works here is amazing. I’ve yet to have a bad experience. They’re always nice to my son, respectful and very informative of what’s going on with my sons mouth, etc. My son actually enjoys going.

Great staff! Nicole is freaking awesome! The entire experience today for my 9 year olds surgery was great, all of the staff at NCH were amazing, compassionate and showed some form of love in one way or another. I know it's their job but you can see the pride they take in their job and patients. Thanks a bunch guys!

This place is amazing. The staff was very friendly. My kids was very nervous due to previous experience at another dentist and the girls there didn’t rush them and was very informative to them. About what was going to happen while they was there regarding their visit and by the time the visit was over they was asking when they was coming back. The coins they get was also great. The dentist was very nice and communicated well to me the problems my kids had and a plan to fix it. Also this was a very clean facility.all kid friendly right down to the choices for toothpaste for cleaning teeth. My kids loved it and it’s worth the 2hr drive to get such great care.
