Lancaster VA Clinic Team #3 are some of the most incompetent people I have ever met, Every time I go there they have seem to screw everything up It has been 3 years since Dr Calander retired he always made sure I had a copy of my blood work and fill my Rx without a single issue.
I have had 3 different Nurse practitioners all seem to be at best incompetent always failing to do a good job like riding the rail to retirement just collecting a paycheck and a second retirement looking to jump off at the next stop on the railroad of life
I have to call them every single time there’s a hick-up and they forget to call in to Kroger’s for a prescription today they routed me to Cincinnati, Chillicothe, Dayton and everything else but the right place I talked to them no less than 3 times today alone the last 2X they said we cot your prescription and sent it to Kroger’s well I called Kroger pharmacy they never got the prescription fax I don’t know what planet’s the Lancaster VA sent it to but it wasn’t Kroger’s in new Lexington Ohio
They claim to do everything in their power to help veterans but it is far from true
I have to tell them I’m going to file a congressional complaint report with my congressman Jim Jordan
I think it time to do just that.
I’m entertaining the idea of getting a veteran advocate attorney to pressure them to actually help a veteran and fire those incompetent people at Lancaster VA clinic.
