Brian Dawson was an amazing person to work with. He was super helpful, explained everything in a way anyone could understand, and took the time to search through multiple options to find the one that would work best for us. Brian help us buying our first home. He was great and very helpful on solving all the issues. He was always available on answering questions or explaing the process. We will use him in future for sure.
Brian was a pro. I initially got set up with him trying to buy a rental property. With interest rates as high as they are it was unlikely that I would have been able to afford to buy the property. Fortunately, I was able to work with Brian and he continually crunched the numbers in different ways to see what we could do. After a few days we had a plan and was able to get an interest rate and payment well below what was expected. Overall, I would recommend Brian’s services to anyone looking to buy property, he knows what he is doing. I will be reaching back out to him when it is time to buy my next property.
