There is so much I have to say please feel free to reach out and ask me. Here is what I can say when you leave and they give you what THEY want of a refund the bottom of the deduction statement says if you have any questions or concerns to call with the number. Don’t bother I have called and left messages and spoke to Becky who said she would call back and doesn’t. I mean they deducted for hanging 2 closet doors which I PROMISE is NOT true. Also deducted for yard clean up. I cleaned up all the leaves and sticks in the yard and EVEN mowed in the middle of December. I filled 6 brown bags for the road. I even cleaned up weeds behind the garage. Lastly, they deducted for clean and sanitize the house. I paid for the carpets to be cleaned. I did everything on their list. How? This is $175 of MY money that they are keeping. How many other people have they done this to? It’s not right!

They ignore maintenance calls. I have requested repairs since June and nothing has been done (it is now September). When I use their online system and request and update, I am completely ignored. I now have an electrical issue that could easily start a fire, and yet I'm being ignored again. Below are photos of a power cord that received a surge, sparked, and separated. This isn't normal.
I would NEVER recommend this company.

I'd give zero but I can't there are several houses on my street they have none of which get repaired. I had an emergency today and they still have not came.to repair it. I feel that they don't communicate at all with the actual owners of the properties. Everyone I know that rents from them gets the same treatment. But let your water be one day late and they are 3 day noticing you. I would not recommend. I had them come out a year ago to fix my sink and it was still leaking after the technician was done still not repaired. Highly unsatisfied. We pay our rent on time always

Scam. Denial letter received 12 hours after payment for application, in broken English and reasons for denial had nothing to do with me or my application. Do not give your money away.

I am retracting my review! We just saw a BEAUTIFUL LISTING (the only one on the site) but its perfect just what we are looking for.we’ve already been approved a month ago so we don’t know how this will go but WE WANT THAT HOUSE! We really hate losing $75 if they don’t let us get the house. So keep us in prayer as we are praying we get the house. My hubby is at the office now waiting for them to open up. We don’t need a virtual we just need the paperwork and the Lease.

Tried applying there for a house & the whole staff was rude.
They then brought the manager out & she was asking me questions about me & my family that had literally nothing to do with the app process.
Like if I was married & if my kids were my boyfriend’s & how long we have been together.
Totally unprofessional & rude in my opinion.
Good luck trying to get a place with these people.

Unable to accomplish anything. Office closed. Unable to complete application. Can't get past employment section. No place to enter Disabled or Retired?

I tried inquiring about a rental and was jerked around and scheduled a virtual tour on a house and for some reason Jeremy said they had trouble with the link, but didnt have the courtesy to call me or return my 3 calls with messages plus 2 emails so in my opinion I would never go with this company to find property.
No way to do business. By the way i found a house so your loss my gain.

They take a long time to get back to you.never respond back in a decent time amd after 4 months still wont open there doors so you can talk to them

Landlord Leasing is nothing less than professional, responsive and empathetic towards all of my leasing concerns.

After nearly five years of leasing here in rural Erie County, the Owner had decided to sell the house I was currently leasing. Landlord leasing had an array of properties for rent, although, I wanted to stay in or near Erie County.

Much to my amazement, Justin called and informed me of a property with a charming house and nearly an acre of land. Of course I wanted to see the property immediately, after the showing we agreed to begin.

The office team at LL helped to make for a seamless and convenient transition, they had all of the necessary paperwork ready and explained in detail our lease agreement.

I have recommended LL to those I know who I trust to hold up their end of the lease agreement. My Brother rented through LL in Elyria, OH; he rented there for 3 years before entering a land contract directly through the Owner. During that time, LL expedited any issue that ever arose, i.e, a/c, plumbing etc.

For anyone searching for a home to rent, LL will make it easy for one to do so, they are indeed a professional organization with a knack of creating good tenant/property manager relationships.

Over the last year, I've been on both sides of Justin and his team's services. They were very easy to communicate with and made the process of being a tenant and a landlord very simple.

As a homeowner, they took care of all the communication with the renter and had good input on the very few minor issues that came up and made them easy to navigate.

My experience with Landlord Leasing has been very good. Justin have done such a great job helping us with the rental of our home for last two years and recently selling of the house. I'm very thankful for them and will definitely recommend them.

My father and I have worked with this company for 20+ years and it was a delight. They did a good job at keeping us up to date on renters, the rental property and even selling. They cleaned up the house, took pictures, made updates and put the house up for sale on MLS.

The 2 ladies in the office don't care about anyone or anything, Oberlin Ave. My son and daughter in law were getting a place from Landlord Leasing. Well, the unthinkable happened and my daughter In Laws mother went into the hospital. When they released her 4 days before they were suppose to sign lease. The hospital said she could go home with people to take care of her or go to a nursing home. Since they were getting a place, they just said they would take care of her so she didn't have to go to a nursing home. Well Landlord Leasing didn't care. Wasn't their problem. Wouldn't give deposit back or even consider giving half back do to the uncontrollable situation. I would want to keep my mom and dad out of a nursing home to if I could. They are selfish and uncaring PEOPLE

I just moved here from SC with my husband, i work full-time from home and my husband is a retired veteran, I Contacted this place on my sister’s recommendation, I left two messages inquiring about a property on their website. I have yet to hear back from anyone. I get there is a lot going on with this covid-19, but it really does not take much to return a call. Luckily there are people who are professional enough to return a call and we were able to find a place.

Don't do it they lie and cheat. You will lose your security deposit. I went to court to get security deposit back they didn't show up. Rip off
