Lane Bryant, Reynoldsburg OH

Seem like a nice place to shop, I have only been in the store once and that was on 7/3/2020. I don't want to illicit a false review. So from my limited experience, the staff was friendly and was keeping their store sanitized during my visit. I would like to go back sometime soon, thankyou for reading this. Annitta one of the managers at this location is very nice and considerate.she is very knowledgeable in sizing you properly for the bra, and doesn't try to push a "sister size" on you if it really makes a different. The staff for the most part is nice and the sales (when they have them) are decent. The only downfall and the reason for my 3 star rating is that they are limited in sizes, I wear a 40H needless to say they don't carry that size, so I have to ship it to store in order to make sure it fits properly. GET MORE SIZES! Please:)

Always the friendliest people working and extremely helpful. I wish they carried more in the store that is online. But I love the store and love the coupons they always have on the webpage.

Staff is always very helpful, and I appreciate the time they take to find a garment in another size for you when you are in the fitting room. My only complaint is that I find it can be understaffed during busy times. I'd definitely recommend this location above others.

Customer service was great here. The ladies kept asking if I needed help with anything. They took my coat and my on-line order to the counter so I could look and try on other items. The store was neat, bright and had a great selection.

Friendly helpful staff. Great selection and sales. Bras last longer than any other bra I've bought before. Love this place will always go back.

Love the underwear.always a great selection in sizes and they always have wonderful, helpful and friendly staff. They have a new lady working there and she was absolutely sweet and she had the most beautiful freckles on her face and natural hair. She was an absolute delight.

I came in looking for a romper for a wedding. Jen immediately helped me find sizing and was extremely attentive to my needs. She helped me pick out an amazing outfit! Extremely pleasant! Best customer service I’ve had in a long time! She’s a keeper.

Hey all you ladies not looking forward to bra shopping stop in and see Olivia she was super great. She done an excellent job with the bra fitting and knew just which bras to pull if you tell her what your problem areas are. I couldn't thank her enough for her outstanding customer service and down to earth personality.

RT 256 is an awesome store. The staff recognizes you as soon as you come through the door. Sometimes they even know your name (if you shop as often as I do). The quality of clothing and accessories is unmatched. I love how LB keeps me looking trendy even with the extra pounds.

I had a great shopping experience and Anita, salesperson was very helpful to my daughter and I. They had a drawing which made us stay in the store and shop. My daughter won a set of underwear because she won the drawing so, that was like $75.00 we saved. We will continue to shop at this location rather than go to Tuttle Mall.

So helpful and friendly. A bit pricey but if they know of a coupon 2 help u they'll let u know.

Clerk was very helpful in helping me. They greet you as you enter the door. Was told about sale they were having on their bras. But they did not carry any slips in store only on line.

I am very sad to be writing this review but this was the worst experience I have ever had in this store and I will never shop here again. The cashier Lindsey is very racist and very rude. She followed me and my daughter around the entire store for almost an hour. Then when I finally did decide to make a purchase she was very rude in her responses about my various coupons and how I could use them. She was very nasty and belittling. The worst part is that the store manager witnessed all of this going on and said /did nothing. Needless to say I did not buy anything which was a first for me since I shop this location almost weekly. I am very upset and disappointed that Lane Bryant allows such a person to represent there brand.

Went into search for a bra the prices of their bras are ridiculous and there is nothing special about them than any other store

So very nice helped me in every way the costomer the service was amazing! I was very happy and I gained some of my confidence back in who I am and that in the right kind of cloths you are beautiful and even when your down to just your undergarments and birthday suit you still can be gorgeous. #fortheloveofcurves I'm curve-a-lishous-ness yay they were so positive and just very pleasant to be around, good women, I'm very pleased and will return and recommend any girl to go, when you feel down about who you are, and if you feel you are no longer as sexy or beautiful as you once we're, or lack self worth and confidence as I did when I walked in. The second you are with these girls and they help you, You will walk out feeling better about who you are and have a sence of confidence back and feel you are priceless, and you so are! Never let someone tell you you are not, because you are priceless and lane Bryant will not let you feel otherwise!

I always find something even when I'm not looking for anything. Love the service and greeting you get when you walk in the door.

I enjoyed some styles. I bought 2 little t shirts. The clothes were very wrinkled. They all needed steamed. The clothes are pricey and i thought they werent cared for nicely.
