I have been shopping at LB for years.this past time will be the last i ever walk in to one of their stores. As a younger woman who already has a difficult time shopping for bras the two women in this store made me feel so small. I felt like i was in their way the moment i stepped foot in that store.if you are bigger chested you need to check out Knickers in Hyde Park, they will treat you like a human.no thank you Lane Bryant. Do better.

Had to return an online order here took a minute to call and find my order number but ms Stephanie helped me the whole way through then took her time to go the extra step to help me find my replacement items in the size I needed for the same price. Her customer service was great. This isn't my usual location that I go to but I will Definitely return here for her.
