I am leaving this review for a friend. "Thought that it was great they were opened on a Saturday when I bought my used car from the dealership, but after reading the terms of the financing they got for me (my credit score is 811) which included a high interest rate, I was disappointed. So much to the great "deal" - they will make their money from you for certain - I am sure they must have gotten a nice kickback for the bogus loan they gave me. I wasn't initially too concerned about the high interest rate, because I was planning on paying the car off sooner, but now - over a year later, I find out there is a prepayment penalty in the fine print! Watch out for this sneaky practice! "

It begins with friendly reminders that service is required via email and then by text. Easy/convenient scheduling process, a reminder email for my appointment, check-in process was quick and greeted by friendly staff, waiting area was clean and properly distanced, my wait time was as expected and the check-out process was again quick and greeted by friendly staff. I appreciate the multi-point inspection and the tech who serviced my vehicle. Keep up the great work LaRiche!

Very good people are nice. Wait time was a little longer than what i was told but they were short some people so it wasnt to bad.

Worst service they changed a fly well and starter costing a little over 1000 then about a year later it finally showed signs they didnt shim and sure enoughh i took it to a diffrent mechanic and my teeth on fly wheel destroyed well theres 1000 down the drain. When i called and asked if it was warranty for them not shimming the manager was not avalible and was told they would call back that day. 2 weeks later no call. DO NOT GO HERE
