Larkin Cobb Chevrolet Buick GMC, Eaton OH

Bought a used car with 22,000 miles in April 2020 and spent the extra money on the extended warranty. 2021 started having issues with it. Had it to their service department multiple times for the same issues that was never repaired and was told they didn't have a car for my wife to drive while they had ours. The service manager was very rude and talked to us like we were stupid. Took it to another nearby dealer who solved one issue but was told the very expensive extended warranty we bought didn't cover it and was not a gm factory warranty like we were lead to believe when we bought it. Went back to larkin to ask about the warranty to which the guy who sold it to us said that maybe he needs to work on his "wording" when selling them. They never even tried to make things right. I've tried calling Mr Larkin and left voicemails but no return calls. I will NEVER buy from them again, use their service department, or recommend them to anyone.

I work 5 miles from the Springdale Ohio Dealership. I drove my Suburban all the way to Larkin Cobb to avoid the Springdale location. Glad I did.

Making the appt was easy, the service personnel were friendly, the overall facility was very clean, all the staff were very friendly throughout the facility, the vehicle service time was right on the minute and the service was completed as promised.

We had a great experience with Adam and Mark. They were very accommodating, were extremely easy to work with, didn't pressure us, and made us feel very comfortable through the whole car buying process. They took care of everything I asked for and even bought us lunch while we were waiting on paperwork. We live an hour and a half from the dealership, but I would not have a problem going there again to purchase another vehicle from them.

We had a fantastic experience with Mike and Mark. We are from Kansas City and our search for a specific car was becoming a daunting task. My husband called to inquire about a listing they had and immediately felt comfortable with Mike. He openly answered all questions we had and gave us the General Manager’s, Mark, information in the case Mike was out of the office. We ended up closing with Mark who was professional yet personable and trustworthy. Eaton, OH is about 8 1/2 hours from us and Mark had a driver meet us halfway. From the first time that we walked into the dealership to purchase a new vehicle, the staff was friendly, answered any questions that we had and explained the purchasing price, etc.and showed us all the computer equipment and how each button worked, etc. We were more than pleased to have such a knowledgeable sales staff to help us. Everyone at the dealership have been very nice and have no problem explaining things to us. We love our new 2021 Red Line Blazer! We couldn't be more happy!

Friendly and honest. Rarity for a car dealership to feel like you can actually trust them but our experiences here with both the sales team (Ed, Kole, and finance manager) as well as our recent visit with the service team have been very reliable and we have gotten upfront, genuine service. My wife and I worked with Mike (salesman) and Mark (sales manager) to purchase a slightly used car literally sight unseen. We live near KC, MO. We gave Mike the specifics of the car we were looking for and had to trust both Mike and Mark to be our "eyes" to evaluate the vehicle we ultimately purchased. What could have been a tremendously nerve racking experience turned out to be.fun. Mark arranged to have the car delivered halfway to us and when we received it the car was exactly as described. We've continued to stay in touch, swapping texts back and forth. Took a 50 mile trip to Larkin Cobb just to be ignored for over a half an hour by the sales staff. When I brought this to the sales managers attention he suggested me being ignored was somehow my fault. I watched as "the owners parents" were immediately mobbed by salesmen when they walked in 30 minutes after I did. The sales manager told me it was because they were important and I am not. I will never buy a car from Larkin Cobb in Eaton, OH.
