LaRosa's Pizza Mason reviews
17I had delicious food and a very attentive server. Our pizza was half and half and whoever made it did a nice job of keeping the toppings divided.
Just ordered delivery from Mason and the food is amazing! Pizza, hoagies, FF's, soups and cookies! Everything was outstanding and delivery was quick and courteous. Highly recommend Mason Larosa's!
Wait staff was excellent - prompt with a smile, friendly.and giving us time to make our menu decision.thank you for having a great spot for us while traveling
Pleasant meal with an old standby. Hubby wanted sketti, so I had a combo with half a hoagy, salad, and kitchen chips. The salad was quite tasty even tho it still has just the leaf or romaine lettuce instead of a mix of greens as they served in the past. I feel like some iceberg is needed to help support all the great toppings. Hubby had a great salad, too, and loved his spaghetti. The manager took time to chat with us, and we learned we attended the same high school, although years apart! Everything we were served looked great. Would have like a bit more mushroom sauce on my sandwich, but I didn't bother to ask, so that is on me since Im sure they would have brought some. This was quite a value for the money. Plenty of food and the spaghetti aplenty is "all you can eat" of the pasta, salad, and breadsticks, so a great value for families.
My wife and I were first time guests at LaRosa's Pizzeria. We had coupons for free small pizzas that we got from the Reds game. Delicious pizza - a nice thin crust, tasty sauce and lots of cheese. We were Jays fans from out of town and I have to give a special mention to the General Manager Bill who served us, chatted with us and treated us like royalty while we there. I don't think I have ever received better service doing carry out at a restaurant. You better believe that when we return to Cincinnati on another trip we will visiting this LaRosa's. Thank you guys very much!
I simply cannot believe that Larosas can get worse but it does and worse and worse and worse. Buddy Larosa must be turning in his grave.
Typical LaRosa's, if you've been already you know what that means. Good food, a little bit too expensive. Nice employees.
Too busy to cook the pizza on a Friday night. Totally raw dough. Then when I call the manager tells me I’m wrong, it couldn’t possibly be raw.
Food was of what expected, but the cost is getting too much for a small, medium and one sandwich for a carryout $$$. Love the sauce every once in a while.
All is well in pizza land. And on the table as well. Seems our server was the best even with one on the way.wweee
Stayed at Great Wolf Lodge with family and ordered takeout from LaRossa’s. Pretzel bites and beer cheese was excellent. All meat pizza was best I’ve ever had. Sausage pizza was delicious. Grilled chicken salad was packaged with hot chicken separately to my surprise. The hooked me up with plates and napkins and I grabbed a bottle of their special recipe creamy garlic dressing. Outstanding! 7/17/23 I’d order it all again. Well done.
As long as you know what to order and what not to this location it fine. It is no where near a good as the Blue Ash location though.
Josie, our waitress, was attentive, friendly and fantastic! The food was delicious! We will be back!
Saturday, May 27,2023. Showed up at LaRosa's Mason for dinner at 7: 57pm. We were greeted by a sign on the door that said their dining room was closing at 8pm. This is our third bad experience in a row. We won't return for a fourth. Whomever it is that owns this store is either not paying attention or just doesn't care. SMH.
So tonight, May 11,2023, we visited LaRosa's Mason. No complaints about the food or service. I do have a complaint about the atmosphere however. I am in an Italian restaurant in the suburbs. Every patron in the place is middle-aged and white, me included. The music they are playing is hip-hop. I finished my meal well before my wife finished hers. This almost never happens. She commented that I must have been hungry. I replied, "not particularly. The music is making me want to leave ASAP". The next time we consider coming here we will call beforehand and see what music is playing in the background when the host/hostess answers.
We came with our basketball team after a tournament ready to feed our boys before we jumped on the road to go home. They were short staffed and very rude they denied us service. I would not recommend. Terrible service.
Highly unrecommended! We were in town for a basketball tournament, and decided to get pizza. We were told that because of our 27 party, it would be a 10 min wait. We asked could we start our order since it’ll take some time. We were told that we should leave because we inquired that our pizzas should be started. VERY RACIST!
Just had a wonderful lunch with Barb as my server. She was gracious in accommodating my special order and friendly and attentive at the table. Larosas has consistently good food so the server is what makes a visit special. Thanks Barb for a relaxing and pleasant meal!
