LaRosa's Pizza Middletown reviews
18I always pick up my order so have never been in the dining room. Everything I have ordered has been very good. Location is convenient for me.
Great food at a great value. Hadn’t been here in years but was so impressed. The pizza and sub sandwiches were so good. Will definitely be returning soon
Very disappointed with this LA Rosa's. In fact we did a test and bought 2 of the same type pizzas from here and Pizza Hut. Everyone like the Pizza Hut better, because it was better.
Poor customer service. I’m not sure if the establishment is racist or not but that is taste left in my mouth after my encounter. Before you have to ask, yes i am. After all other customers were tended to and accommodated for and we stood by the lobby counter until the cashier came to us and confused a simple order multiple times. That itself was not the issue. Not only had I reiterated my order multiple times as she confused the size, and items of my order, I was patient as she went to the back to call for help to ring in a medium Hawaiian pizza and spinach rondos. (Because hey, she could just be new) I placed the order, left the establishment, waited the estimated 30 minutes for preparation and came back only to receive the wrong order. A large Hawaiian. As I inquired about the rondos, both the cashier & myself shared a look of confusion before she instructed me to look at my receipt where she charged for a large Hawaiian. This is when I got irritated because this the order I specifically went over with her that I didn’t want. She then proceeded about how she didn’t hear me say that only for her colleague (that assisted her earlier in the order) doubled down on the fact that I indeed ordered rondos. Even though upset, I took my order and left. Upon arriving home my pizza was bent in the box and haphazardly cut. After thinking about all of this, this is what brings me to my initial statement. I can see why the establishment in understaffed. I love the company but this location has to do better. It may seem trivial and simple, but that’s what almost all pizza ordering transactions are intended to be, so next time be more cognizant of how you treat your customers.
Fantastic pizzas and combo deals (the five one topping large for $60) helps me feed my work crews while staying within my business budget.
The staff is always very friendly, helpful, and prompt in getting my orders correct and timely. Thank you very much for always taking care of my employees and me!
On the night I was there a nice lady named shamaya was my server and she was so excellent. I give her five stars plus.
I had a great birthday meal for my grandfather, LaRosa's has always been a favorite of his.
Unfortunately we had to travel a bit, and made it there not too long before closing time. Despite this the staff were welcoming and kind. Our waitress was very attentive, and accommodating even at the end of the day, and the food came out fresh and made with care.
My grandfather lives an hour away, so going out to eat used to be a gamble in the area, but this location has always been the highest quality LaRosa's I've seen, and a reliable choice.
Food is better than most larosas in Cincy. Service is remarkable best employees ever! The atmosphere is freaking gorgeous extremely clean you could eat off the floors, decor is modern as well
Had a delish meal with the family and friends. The food was yummy. Service was a bit slow due to issues in the back. But over all good time. Tried the new calzone which was amazing. The chicken bacon ranch calzone. The cookies were warm and delish as well. Definitely would return.
We come here every other month and always get excellent service. The food is always phenomenal! It's one of our favorites and their sauce is the best!
We ended up leaving because you didn't have enough servers. This is something that can be fixed with better management. If necessary, don't open until you can serve customers. Two other groups walked out behind us. Edit: We just attempted to dine in again. After waiting 15 minutes without being acknowledged, we left again. You are officially off the list.
My early dining experience was great, all the more enjoyable because of my fine server Jacky. She's one of those servers who knows what I want before I do, lol. Great at accommodating my special requests without acting put out. Five star service with LaRosas fair prices.
Waited 50 minutes, restaurant was basically empty. Do they not have staff? Waste of time.
Left without eating. Worst than that, I wasn’t the only table that left without even having their order taken. The server just passed by and didn’t even bother. Glad the lady at the front at least gave us water!
Have been to this location multiple times and never had a issue. However this time we went as a party of 3 and ordered a pizza, tuna sub, pretzel sticks, and 2 side salads. Took about an hour to get the pizza and the cold sandwich. Was asked did I want fries or chips with the sandwich like it came with it.but then was charged for it. The pizza came out lacking any substance of toppings as if someone took 3 of each topping and placed them around. The cheese sauce for pretzels was broken and gritty. And finally not only was the sub bun so hard it was inedible.but the tuna was rotten and made me sick 30 seconds after getting into my car. The manager gave me a 10% discount to rectify the timing of foods arrival. And I wouldn't have posted this if I didn't get sick and upcharged without knowledge.
Everything went well. My only suggestion is to make the outside signage more visible to those looking for for the restaurant.
Servers not very attentive and gave me the wrong order. I took it back and i don't think anyone even apologized for the mix up
I live on the west coast and haven't had LaRosas in years! It's just as good as it always was.many years ago when we lived in Cincy area!
Service was good and so was the food for the most part. There were a couple of bites that were just luke warm.
