LaRosa's Pizza Norwood, Cincinnati OH

Everything was great: Food, service, atmosphere. It gave us a great place to eat and visit with old friends.

I didn't dine in, but the pizza I got was pretty good! Not too many toppings, not too much sauce. It wasn't over or under cooked. Not too much cheese! I love pizza, and this one was nice:)

How can you lose with any food you choose? Always the freshest & tastiest. Service is also the best. Digits licking good!

Had a BLT salad.
The only thing I dislike is the fact that they no longer mix the dressing into the salad.
I can get by with less dressing that way.
I had a VERY good server.

Worst service I’ve seen at a LaRosa’s. From the minute we sat down the waitress had an attitude. I had To physically go find her to give her the check because she barely came over. Spoke to the manager after to let him know our experience was lacking, we were trying to be understanding as everyone has an off day but we wanted him to be aware so he could have a conversation with her. He just looked at us like “ what do you want me to do about it? ” Very unapologetic.

Picked up a pizza to go. Worst Larosas pizza I’ve ever had. Pepperoni was stacked 5-6 pcs thick, pizza wasn’t cut, sloppy mess. I don’t know how many pizzas I’ve had from LaRosas in the last 35 years but this was so bad I’m actually embarrassed for them. Stay away from the Norwood location

Usually I don't have any problems at this place but the last time I was here for a pickup order I had to wait like 20 minutes past the time the website told me was needed, which was the first time in like 10 months of ordering from this location that it has ever happened. Admittedly it was a Friday evening, but that's never been a problem before.

I used to work a service job and I like to sympathize where I can but the pickup desk manager or supervisor lady, while she was doing her best I believe, was very curt with customers and was giving wildly inaccurate estimates for time to cook the food. I went in, gave my name, and was told it would be 5 minutes. Apparently I wasn't the only one because some other people, who apparently had plans got in there and made it known that they wish they would've been told because they had a party waiting on them. The best the manager lady could do was "sometimes the website is wrong" and to a few people she just didn't reply at all.

Like I said, I want to sympathize, maybe someone called off, but just do your best and don't give inaccurate estimates to your customers? It only makes a bad situation worse.

Great service. Nice suggestions. We came after my son's graduation ceremony and had a wonderful time.

A family get together! Our server was very sweet and helpful everyone we encountered during visit was nice!

I usually come here once a week and the place is really nice. The staff can be on the mean side, but other than that, the food is great!

Great service. Only couple in restaurant. Tuned TV to watch Hockey game. Attentive to our needs, refills. Calzone lots of ingredients, overfilling. Husband not complaining. I ate the crust less pizza bowl. Very interesting concept for the low carb approach. Very saucy, lots of toppings. I ended up getting garlic bread, very good to help digest the sauce.

Carry out order for a specific time. Food was ready on time, no issues. Calzones tasted great!

Great people, understanding staff and delicious food all wrapped up in a nice pizza place. From pizza, hogeys to pasta and salads nothing has been a disappointment.
