I will start by saying, the local office itself has perfectly nice, reasonable people, however, State Farm is a terrible company with terrible support when it comes to having problems with a claim and unfortunately the local office seems to be ignored/not taken seriously by the corporate offices.
Because of this, I would recommend avoiding State Farm no matter where you live.
I apologize to the people at the local office for this bad review, but State Farm is a bad company.
