Very clean place. A little pricy though honestly. The large washers were $7.00 for just a regular wash. Smh. Can do the same with $5 and still make good money. I only went there because my dryer is on the fritz will be checking other places for prices untill I get it fixed

Worst place ever. Prices are stupid crazy. They force you to use bigger machines. Why? You can't wash blue jeans in a normal machine. I told the attendant that was stupid. She kicked me out. Lol. What a power trip she had. This placensucks bad all the way around. I moved and this one's closer. I'll just drive the extra bit and go to the 24 hour on Maple. Hate this place.

Had a baby blanket I was going to wash and the fat Huffer in there wanted me to pay five dollars to wash that and 2 dollars to wash two sweets two tees and two pair of underwear and was very rude about it so much so I left and went to Thrifty coin-O-matic.wound not suggest this place.

As soon as I walked in I had some women come straight at me telling me what I was and wasn't allowed to do in a very rude way there was a gentleman was there showed up same time as me after she told me off what it felt like she instantly looked at him and told him off. We both left I will not even consider coming back or this place as an option for anything anymore. That was the worst experience of my year and we are in September

WORST LAUNDROMAT IVE EVER HAD TO USE! Unfortunately being disabled with a financial budget and having to use public transportation to get dropped off to do laundry at this facility I had no choice but to stay or else I would have went elsewhere immediately after seeing that over half of the washers and dryers were out of service and they closed the public restroom "after a certain time" according to the attendant on duty. With the whole section of smaller load washing machines having "ask for assistance" signs posted I done such however was told that none of them were in order leaving me no choice but to have to use the larger and 2x more expensive ones! After loading my dirty laundry Ineeded to wash my hands and asked the attendant if there was a sink available so I could at least do that and she let me into the office area where they had a sink where I noticed a sign posted reading "EMPLOYEES MUST STOP CRYING BEFORE RETURNING TO WORK AND MUST WASH HANDS". The paper towel machine was empty and when I asked about that the attendant told me they had no paper towels but pointed to a dirty rag by the sink as an offering of means to dry my hands. Out front there was a wooden picnic table that they had cut in half, leaving it unsteady and very easily to tip over and harm somebody when sat on. I found that out the hard way while waiting for clothes to be done washing. The clothing carts available were all sticky and the wheels on almost all of them were bent so badly that they could not be pushed! The whole entire experience has left me frustrated and has even put me over my budget! This place needs to just be shut down or sold to somebody who would actually care for the way it was operated and care about the customers more!

Machines aren't working, no out of order sign. Lost at least 15$. No attendant on call or on duty.

I've never had a bad experience with this laundromat, and my most recent trip was the best experience yet. The manager Karrie was absolutely on her game when It came to customer service. She's very friendly, attentive and helpful. She went above and beyond for me!

So many machines are broken and they are picky about jeans being put in only certain machines, meaning if you have more than 2 loads, you will have your laundry scattered all over the place. What few that do work are stupid expensive. The attendant is condescending and hovers around you like a bird dog. Won’t ever be back there again!

Our go to spot to wash our big items! Always very clean, very nice place. The employees are always friendly and helpful.

It was clean and well-kept, staff was very staff was very helpful in explaining how the machines worked, I will go there again!

Half the machines were out of order. Got yelled out for putting jeans in the smaller washers. Was a really small half load size basket I brought. Was forced to use a bigger washer that cost twice as much. None of the dispensers had anything in them. I wish they'd realize all them machines non functional is costing then a lot more money than repair costs would add up to.

New “manager” is not a nice person. She basically told me to get out when I questioned her “advice”. I left without doing my laundry. She won’t be in business long with her attitude. More than half of machines are broken down. She quickly stated that it was people like me that breaks her machines. What a miserable person, and a miserable place!
