They force you to buy inclusive store cards to use machines, and you can't put the exact change on them. Which means they steal your money.

They also put a $15 hold on every debit usage. Which means they bind of your money for no reason.

DON'T GIVE THEY ORGANIZATION YOUR BUSINESS.

They guy working g on 12/19/23 evening was rude and shrugged his shoulder when I asked him to help me to add money to my card. Walked away. I figured out how to add the money then walked to start the machine. He kept looking at me until I said " what are you looking at!? " Also, he smells strongly like alcohol. Didn't know people are allowed to drink on the job.

What a good place to wash and dry your laundry. I have a thick comforter that needed cleaned badly. All I had to do is put in in one of the large spin front-loaders for 22 minutes and the dryer 10 min. It's supervised with a nice guy who checks everything all the time. I was in and out in a little over a half hour with a perfectly clean blanket.

I tell you one thing just laundromat was the best one I've been to the manager Tiffany customer service was so STELLAR I couldn't. And also last but not least it is very clean and organized.

Great customer service and nice big machines. Customers are nice too.
Sundays are a little busy but still able to get a washer and enjoy the breeze with the outside table and benches.

Thanks to Mrs. Tiffany, I was able to use her clean facility quickly and with no issues! She took time to explain all of the services they offer, and answered all of my questions! Thanks again!

Awesome place but always closes early and they never change it online! Better call before you go and get told they’re closing early and in 15 minutes after you put everything in the washers

I like this place, it’s my favorite laundromat in town, the place is super clean, attendant is very friendly, machines always operates perfectly. I don’t mind driving 40 mins every week to get to it.

Clean building, but the most tedious machines. I never thought I'd prefer coin operated machines, but these pay-by-app machines are the worst ever. Give yourself *minimum* 15-20 minutes the first time you set up the app because it's buggy and slow. The QRT codes you scan on the machines are a digital display that is very small, so it will take a while for your phone to focus on it and recognize it. The touchscreens on the machines are not very sensitive, so you REALLY have to press to get them to work. The washers automatically won't let you start a load 40 minutes before closing. This is not posted anywhere and the machines act as though you can still use them (EDIT 12/30/22: I just saw another review from 5 months ago where they were already made aware of their lack of signage or mention on their website about how early the machines are turned off. They said they would remedy that oversight but *obviously* they have not). Speaking of closing, their clock is set 8 minutes fast. Finally, the machines are priced slightly more than the other nice laundromats in the area, like Valley Cleaners. This place is SO not worth it. Oh, one more thing- "low" on the dryers is much hotter than a normal low setting and can shrink clothes. See pic for the teeny tiny QRT code you have to try to scan.

This laundromat has been our go-to for the past three years however it is starting to decline in quality. All of the washing machine soap dispensers are built up with excess soap and the attendants are not regularly cleaning the machines after they’re done being used. Although the clientele is good and the facility is clean, the washing machines can desperately use some TLC.

Been in a couple times and the machines are easy to use. Clean place. Using a card is much better than carrying change.
