Installed new AC unit for my elderly parents on Friday July 9th. The system stopped working the next morning on the 10th. Over 24 hours have passed and they have yet to send a tech out to fix the system they just installed.

The team was very pleasant, sympathetic to our situation and did all they could to help us. Once all the paperwork was done n they showed up at house they were very clean, prompt, n orderly in putting in new system. All in all they all treated us like one of there own n took very great care of us. Can't thank them enough.

Did not use their services but if its anything like their driving its terrible! I was cut off in traffic 3 times within a mile an a half but one of their drivers then for him to laugh as finally was able to pass him. Poor advertisement considering it says LAW HEATING AND COOLING on your van!

I don't know if he is any good or not, but I know he doesn't keep his appointments made by the office. I would be afraid to use him because if he can't keep an appointment to sell a new system, he probably can't be counted on to respond if there is a problem.

I’ve been waiting for a call back now from Dan for six weeks now. I don’t know if it’s his negligence or if it’s whoever is supposed to be giving him my messages negligence to contact me. My fiancé and I got some work done at our home. We were told x amount of money and were charged $500 more than we were told.

Simple job they said would be max 700 to 800 dollars. After a bill that was 1300 I asked to speak to the owner. They assured me he would return my call.never happened.

They even charged me for two workers that both went to the store for one hour to pick up a 8 dollar part.

Please don't be conned by these people.

Within 15 minutes a technician came out to access my problem. Shortly after the owner came out to discuss several heating & cooling systems. Pricing was hard to resist. Next day they installed a Heil furnace, a/c unit and a REME HALO air purifier system. Quality work, friendly and courteous crew. Recommend highly! I will call on them for regular maintenance.

Not happy, quoted 80, spent 140, charged for coming out one day for them to say it was to wet. When they did get to it. Took less than an hour. They charged an hour & a half. + wire+ 10 for the day they said it was to wet. Knowing he was disabled. They over charged by 50%. NOT RIGHT.

I just had the most wonderful experience with Law Heating and Cooling! The main water valve to my house was leaking badly. I called Law at 7: 25 am and within 20 minutes someone was there and fixed the problem. I was able to be at work by 8: 15.before my manager even came in. I highly recommend Law and plan on using them to service my air conditioning and heating soon. Thanks Law!

Does very fast and efficient work! Always gets to the job within the same to next business day. I would HIGHLY recomend this company to anyone!

I've known Dan a long time for a long time he did a good job of maintaining my heating and cooling however he's made the same mistakes many entrepreneur's make when they start their business in a good year and in a good market and has tried to grow too far too fast... And time after time now I pay his new people to come out and not fix anything, and learn on my dime, and fail.only to come again and again.and fix nothing.

Time to move on. Hopefully he sorts this out before more of us move on. Dan is good at what he does... But so far bad at scaling his skills and abilities and training his people to fill his shoes. I referred a lot of business his way over the years, but I can no longer do so.
