Kitti, Ally, and all in the office go out of their way to help us with any of the few problems we've had. Maintenance always comes soon and capably takes care of whatever we call for. The office plans lots of activities and refreshments all year. The complex is very well landscaped and well taken care of. Great place to live.

Grounds are well landscaped & prompt attention to maintenance requests are done & we are kept up to date on progress.

I recently moved in and I can honestly say I’m already in love! Kitti, Assistant Property Manager was incredible to work with. She was very responsive and kept me up to date all the way up to my move in date. The community is quiet as well as being in a great location.

I have nothing but great things to have about the LC Hilliard community! Especially about the staff -The Assistant Community Manager, Kitti Fulling, is one of the best. She is very professional, kind, and responsive. My dog and I always stop in the leasing office for a treat and she is always so welcoming when we walk through the doors. I’m so thankful to live in a community where I know I am taken care of by the staff.

I moved in to LC Hilliard back in December of 2022, and I have had such a phenomenal experience so far, especially given that I am an Assistant Property Manager myself. Everyone in the office, especially Kitti, has been kind, friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive. Whenever I stop by the office to get my mail, she always greets me by name, asks how I'm doing, and if there's anything I need that she could help me with. There has not been a question or problem that Kitti has not been able to address promptly for me. I have had a handful of issues since moving in ranging from small cosmetic items up to emergency maintenance requiring contractors, but Kitti has resolved each of them within a handful of days and sometimes even inside of 24 hours. I have lived in 10 different apartments since 2018, and Kitti has BY FAR given the best service and clearly cares about her residents. You'll see bad reviews everywhere, but read ones here and take it all with a grain of salt. Coming from someone who works in the world of leasing, I know, factually, that Kitti and the LC Hilliard leasing office does the utmost to not only resolve problems immediately, but also clearly abides strictly to fair housing law. This community is well kept, well maintained, and has an office staff that both knows and cares about what they do.

Just moved in and it's phenomenal. Kitti at the leasing office has been exceedingly helpful and wonderful to work with. The neighborhood is amazing and is situated in a nice area. The townhome itself is nice and much larger than I expected. I cannot recommend this place enough!

In addition to their exceptional work, Jessie and Kiiti are a pleasure to work with. They are always positive, upbeat, and willing to take calls answer emails to ensure the residents at LC Hilliard are taken care of. They have an infectious enthusiasm that makes them a joy to be around, and their positive attitude is contagious.

I want to personally thank you for having such a talented and dedicated employees on your team at LC Hilliard they are true professionals, and I feel fortunate to have had the opportunity to live in the community with them leading the way. I haven't moved in just yet, but if my experience during my search is of any indication of how it will be living here I am ecstatic! The properties are all super clean, modern, and updated. The amenities that come along with it as well, including The Goat is the cherry on top.

I worked with Kitti and she is dynamite! She has been super responsive from the moment I made my first appointment and even follow ups in between just to check and see if I am excited to move in. She took her time making sure we found THE RIGHT unit based around my situation rather than just trying to fill a vacant spot. If you are in the market for a new living arrangement definitely go to KITTI.
