I absolutely love this salon. Never had disappointed me. I go in with all kinds of ideas for my nails and they can do it all. Patterns colors tips full nail all designs. The only thing I have found they don’t kno how to do is a browning deer lol. But everything else is perfect. Very nice and clean. Very respectful. I’ll be bringin my business here from now on.

The lady I hate didn't want to listen to me an cut nails way to short an it don't Even cover all my nails painted it wrong an wouldn't fix it just painted another finger with glitter worst experience I've ever had

For one I given the run around! I was told that one person couldn't do ombre so I waited for the person that could do it (45 mins). Just to be told they can't do it! So I decided to go with a Halloween design. The woman rushed thru my nails and was completely rude to me. I don't speak the language they speak but she kept saying ombre this ombre that which made me believe that she was complaining about it. The design is not even close to the picture and are both are off center. My nails always pop off within a week! There rude and rush you out of there and prices are jacked up just because of the length you get. There not a great place to get nails done at I highly recommend that you go somewhere else

I got an acrylic removal the other day and the lady pried 5 of them off with one of the nail tips. It hurt. A lot. And she slipped while doing it and jammed it under the quick of one of my nails, it made me bleed. She also didn’t really soak my other acrylics off she mostly ground it down with the file. My nails look pretty bad and they hurt.

During an acrylic removal they should soak the nails then file it down. Prying them off takes layers of your natural nail off and you can tell in my photo that the middle finger is one of the nails they pried off. It looks and feels the worst.

Me & granddaughter, went in on a Thursday fir a new set of nails, paid $115 plus $20 for tip, by wed, my nails was lifting and one popped off, my granddaughter nails looks terrible, so I went back down sat, showed them my nails, told me to have a seat, finally they said to seat at table 2, girl seats down told her about my nails and got up and left, they said someone else would do them another wait I told them I couldn’t wait very long so a guy come over explain again about my nails, so fixed my nail that came off and do a fill in, remember it’s only been a week. He was done and charged me $45. Terrible terrible, that night my granddaughter called and said her mail came off. So I believe we will not be back.

I'm not from portsmouth and was visiting from Columbus. Was recommended by my daughter's mother to try them out. I must say they did amazing. Super friendly and by far my favorite set of nails yet and I've been getting them done for the past 20+years. I didn't catch the young lady's name who did them tho I wish I would have. Thank you for doing so amazing

They should really call peoples names so others aren't crowding that's what just happened to me.

Had my nails done a couple of weeks ago Went back this past week and had the same thing done and was charged $15 more. I won’t be going back. Spoke with manager and he would not give back some of my money

I continuosly asked her to cut my toenails shorter. She refused. I had to cut them myself afterward and she left half of them jagged. Never again. She was horrible. I dont understand.

Got a full set of nails this evening the lady was very nice and extremely fatst and did a very nice job on my nails

She burnt me when drilling my nails. When she was putting my nails on she put the glue on the top of my nail instead of under. They’re not very tight and feel like they’re gonna fall off.
