Overall it was a great moving experience. The crew was on time, polite and responsive. They were very careful at both homes. Follow up and support from Max was very good. We'd highly recommend them and would use them again without question.

From start to finish the office people were knowledgeable and very responsive to questions and information. The three man team we had pick-up and deliver our furniture were absolutely great! Took great care of our furniture, very professional (no cursing or loud offensive music) and were very patient in placement of furniture. Thanks for a great experience all around. We would certainly use your company again if ever in the need.

Horrible experience. Movers arrived clearly intoxicated. Would take items to the truck and then not return for quite some time. Move took several hours longer than it should have, and they had difficulty with several items I’ve had moved by multiple companies with zero issues. They also severely damaged my lawn when leaving, and never sent me the claims form they promised (see pic).

Very unprofessional all around. Would not recommend.

We are very pleased with the service we received from Leaders Moving and Storage. The movers were efficient and professional. Everything was moved quickly and carefully. They went out of their way to help us. We couldn’t have been more pleased.

I moved from a 3 bedroom home into an apartment. This moving company was recommended via my realtor agency. They were absolutely awful for multiple reasons! From an incorrect assessment of my belongings from the start, to sending 2 movers when I told them I would need 3 movers at the minimum, to their late arrival, to not even moving all my things. I had 3 TVs on the wall. Apparently, they don’t remove any of you wall decor or TVs. No one told me that. My realtor company was notified of my experience. The owner of this company reached out to me one time and never followed up. I was not compensated for my horrible experience. In the end, I had to hire another company to finish moving the rest of my home because this company failed to.

I wanted to say that the guys where polite, hard working, very careful of all of our possessions. They were on time and helped us get the new apartment settled in quick order. We would recommend them and your company to anyone who needs movers.

This was my first experience using a moving company and they were over the top great! Having been at my place 35 years, I had a lot on my plate. Zach, Milton and Aaron were my crew and eased my stress by being upbeat, professional and fun. They handled everything with care and they were always moving. I would definitely refer them to anyone looking for experienced movers. And they will have you smiling the whole time. Thanks guys!

Did a wonderful job moving my 4 bedroom house into a storage unit, and at a much better price than other companies I contacted. Tim Lee was wonderful! Will definitely use again in the future

Professional service from start to finish. The movers were polite and very careful. Moving all my furniture out to storage. And then brining to my new location. Zero damage or missing items.

We moved out of our home in Maineville today, and I couldn’t say enough great things about the crew of guys that came! There was a minor scheduling mishap with the second truck; however, it was remedied within the hour. Not only that, but they sent 3 more guys to move things along and make sure we made up for lost time. They were all very friendly and professional, and I’d recommend them to friends and family in a heartbeat!

Never had a bad experience with leaders moving. Generally use 2-3 times a year and I have never had any problems.

Milton and Zack were great. They were friendly, courteous, and worked so hard to ensure everything went smoothly for our transition. We will definitely request them for our next move!

Zach, Jay, and Milton loaded up my home in Cincinnati and then we had the pleasure of them also unloading at our new house in another state. They were so great to work with! They were communicative, on time, professional, polite, and took great care of our things. Would absolutely use this company again! These 3 were fantastic!

Edit #3 Receiving $300 back for the dyson (original cost was $550). Went to put our infant’s crib together and the hardware was missing (had been taped to the crib). Hopefully a hardware store will have the parts I need

Edit #2: Our dyson air purifier went missing. I watched an employee take it out of a bedroom but somehow it never made it to the truck or our new home. Broken items include religious statue, piggy bank, and other small items

Also, the bed was not reassembled correctly. I noticed some screws not in all the way and investigated. The 4 poster bed was missing hardware and not screwed in at all. Additionally, the center support beam was left completely off and it was covered up by putting the box springs and mattress on top. We’re lucky the bed frame did not break.

Edit #1: This will be updated again once there is a full accounting of things that are missing and broken as we unpack.

The Crew of Lee, Tyshon, and Dashawn are amazing - plus the rest of the crew who helped pack whose names I didn’t catch.
