John, Jeff & Ray did a fantastic job during my recent move! They were very courteous, professional and efficient!

Tim and Damon were the best! They were fast, efficient and STRONG! Both were polite and professional, and I couldn't have asked for a better team. I would absolutely use them again without hesitation.

Every moment with Leaders is easy, smooth, professional, personable and swift. When you call, they answer immediately, work with your schedule, talk you easily through to a quote during the call and immediately send follow up emails with quotes or adjust quotes if you have to call back and change anything - someone always answers. They send timely courtesy reminders, and that’s just the scheduling process. I’ve worked with them twice in the past year to move a condo and a large photogroahy studio and the movers themselves, Scooter & Will both times - are professional, careful, fast and even fixed a leg on our sofa that had been broken before they got there. They ask where you wait everything and will move you stuff whereever you ask. I will only ever call and recommend Leaders and I’m so thrilled I found them

Our move went great! Communication with the company was wonderful. Questions were answered fully and any adjustments made were easily done. The initial consult was done in a half hour and we had our estimate in our email by the end of the day.
Packing was done with care of our items and done quickly. The crew was friendly and again we had some adjustments for the move due to leaving things to stage the home we were leaving. They worked together as a team and enjoyed working with one another. When one crew member needed something another crew member was right there to help. I would definitely go with Leaders again.

Amazing, Fast, Courteous, Professional, I can't express how satisfied me and my wife were with our moving experience. Tim, Q, and Jerry were there when they said they would be, went over everything before getting started and then continued the moving process with the professional attitude that helped us relax and so fast that it was over before we knew it. My move with Ray and Jeff was nothing less than excellent! It was a move with very large pieces of furniture, including three large glass bookcases, from a third floor apartment, that were crazy heavy and honestly pretty awful to move safely. Ray and Jeff were very professional but also patient and friendly. I watch them both work together and move each piece with care and attention.even when I asked them to move some pieces a second time, they went above and beyond to make sure it was done right and to my satisfaction. It was a very difficult and time consuming job.they even ended up having to come back another day to make sure they moved the most important pieces to me, with the utmost care. Kevin was very helpful to get me into the schedule as soon as possible to help me keep the move on track.thank you Kevin! In all seriousness, what could have been a very stressful move for me, Ray and Jeff made it very enjoyable! I would definitely have them move me again and I will be happy to pass the recommendation on to my family and friends! Thank you Ray and Jeff for all of your hard work. I appreciate you both!

The crew that arrived from Leaders were polite and efficient. I couldn’t believe how quickly and easily they moved my furniture, several big pieces, some of which were very heavy. I’ve only ever used professional movers once before. The leaders crew worked much more quickly. They made it look easy. Thanks to Chuck, Randy and Chris.

The price was also right. I did some comparison shopping before booking with them, and some of the others were much more expensive.

Also, Kevin in the office agreed to let me ask my questions via email, and answered them via email—even though I got the impression this was not the usual way they worked, preferring to discuss things on the phone.

He was very flexible that way. I’m hard of hearing, especially on the phone, and I like to have a written record of any business related discussions, so I found that helpful.
