Installer notified me of his arrival and was on time, was 87* while working on the gutters.was dressed for this type of work.installer was very professional.kept area clean.knew what he was doing.explained why he was doing what he was doing.

TERRIBLY DISAPPOINTED SO FAR. The guard was installed and now I'm having issues with rain completing missing the leaf guard and gutter and coming down to the foundation of my house. That had never happened before the guard was installed. I have contacted Leaf Filter several times and so far there hasn't been any results.
NO ONE AS REACHED OUT TO ME TO CORRECT MY SITUATION. I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO SPEAK TO ANYONE ABOUT SCHEDULING AN APPOINTMENT.

Putting in the filter was a wonderful experience. Ended up with a good deal and they came right away. Had for a year when I noticed a chipmunk going into the downspout. I was going to put a guard on the end but thought I would check to see if they could check to make sure the chipmunk hadn’t made a nest. Everything was set for them to come and check but never showed.when I called to see what happened they told me I had said I would call when I had someone take care of the critter. Never said that was all set up so they set it up again. I had taken off of work and now they will come another day.the service man called and said they can’t take care of critters. I said I just wanted to make sure there was no blockage to do damage to this expensive filter. So now they will come maybe on the day they scheduled and maybe the next. Not happy with this service part at all.

Installed all new gutters and leaf filter system. Found problem causing leak around a window and fixed it correctly. Happy with work done and the salesperson and crew. Great job!

They put on new gutters. They had to come back 4 times. To fix their iwn mistakes. That i hadt o call on. They didnt put on the extenders.
Left metal pieces all over the place a couple of the gutters werent attached correctly. They were falling off. The extenders are too low to the ground. Now the they are litterly coming off my side of the the house You can see the screws. Throughout the winter the drain part frozen & dented. When I called I got a generic email saying it was my attic causing it. I'm done with these people. Nothing but scam artists who take advantage of people. I'm so not done yet. In 2 weeks uvd I called several different numbers and left messages no return calls. The worst company I came across in my life. Warranties really? Im extewremly upset. Theses people should be ashamed of themselves.

Happy to say the installation was way ahead of projected date! Very professional installers.kept me informed every step of the way.and did an excellent clean-up when they were finished! Very pleased!

Very friendly sales person who explained everything. Very timely install (2 days after quote). We had our first major rainfall since they were installed and the water stayed in the gutters and didn't overflow and dump on the windows which is a major improvement. Highly recommend LeafFilter.

Don't try to get a hold of any one they don't return phone call been trying for 5 days now must be going out of business

Leaf filter is a great system, I love it. I think the crews need to be trained or reminded to check there work after each job, had trouble with eves being clean out properly and sealed.had to have a service call, which i was told between 8 and noon, I had to call and find out what happened they did not show up till after 2, I found out service calls are not made until after noon, it would of been nice someone would of let me know what was going on. I will give them a good rating cause it is a great system and it works great. I would go 100% on the system and 90 to 95% on workmanship.the crew that did the service call was great, 100% Thank you

I am a 70 year old widow and purchased LeafFilter so I would no longer have to climb a ladder. One year later my gutters are full again and I am back on the ladder! Very disappointed.

Buyer Beware! The sales rep made a lot of promises regarding the level of service I would receive, and that level of promised service is how I justified the very high price they charged. The installer (one guy who took close to 10 hours when I was told a team would knock it out in 3-5 hours) was very kind and professional. However, a couple of days later we had a rainstorm and several problems became evident. I called on a Wednesday to schedule a service call. The sales rep assured me that if I ever needed service, a service rep would be at my home within 24 hours of my call. However, it took 24 hours for LeafFilter to even call me back, only to inform me that I would get another call within 24 hours. On Friday, 48 hours later, I still hadn't received a call back, much less the service call I was promised would happen in half that time. So, I called again, and again I was informed that someone would call within 24 hours. I asked if that included Saturdays, which they said it did. No call back on Saturday. No call back on Sunday. When I called again on Monday, I called the local office instead of the service department. The local office told me I had to call service and "Rob" connected me to service (when I asked to be connected to a supervisor in the local office). The service rep "Savannah" indicated that they had notes on my job but had no explanation as to why no one had called me back or why their promise of service within 24 hours wasn't being kept. She then proceeded to tell me that I should be getting a call back from my local office because they were to be handling my complaint. So, I called back to the local office and spoke to "Rob" again. Rob explained that he didn't know what Savannah was talking about and that all post installation issues had to go through the service office. I asked again to be connected to a supervisor in the local office, and again he connected me to the service department. Bottom line.my gutters aren't properly dealing with rain water. They are leaking and overflowing in several locations that weren't a problem before getting the LeafFilter product installed. The promises the sales rep made to me regarding service were anything but accurate, and he didn't even leave his personal contact information for me to contact him directly. I expect that I will be heading to court to deal with this dishonest group of snake oil salesmen. The sad thing is, the issues are likely relatively easy to resolve. However, instead of resolving them, LeafFilter is playing a game of pass the buck between their offices and refusing to make good on their service commitments.

We did our research on what product would be the best to cover our gutters. LeafFilters has the best rating, and the product protects the gutters from everything that could get inside and cause issues. Plus, this comes with a lifetime warranty. The employees are friendly, and the contractor they sent out was quick, knowledgeable, and thorough. He cleaned the gutters, battle with some wasp, and had our LeafFilfter system install in no time. And our gutters are extremely high. Worth every penny for the peace of mind that we will never have to have our gutter clean or even think of climbing a ladder. Thank you!

Leaf Filter contractors put Leaf Filters on my gutters last summer and so far they work great, I have recommended these to friends and family. Had a problem this spring with a screen coming off a gutter but they were here the same day I called to repair it. I wasn't to happy about it but they made it right by fixing it the same day. I was very pleased about that. Contractors very nice and curtious. The life time guarantee is a plus!

TERRIBLE Product during winter months!
Snow and ice buildup occurs on top of the screened cover, causing water to drip/run over the gutter which causes extreme ice buildup on whatever is beneath: porch, stoops, stairs, driveway, etc. The ice and three-foot icicles made my home very dangerous to enter and exit. LeafFilter says this is normal and that there is nothing they can do but they will not remove or refund the purchase. The system may work in summer but is rediculous in the winter. Do Not Purchase!
