OMG! I can't say enough wonderful things about Lebanon Professional Dentistry starting with Kaitlyn answering my frantic call late in the day on Wed. My husband was diagnosed with throat cancer and s Oncologist said before he could start treatment, he needed dental work urgently. When I called, neither of us was a patient but we were treated as if we were. She got us an appointment the next morning. First paperwork, then xrays.
Met the dentist Dr. Ross Gibson. We shared what my husband was facing.
Dr. Gibson called the Oncologist to make sure the procedures he was going to do were what was necessary. He got started immediately and after several hours the work was complete. He faxed all the information to the Oncology Team so they knew exactly what was done. Then he sent several RX's in fight any possible infections.
The care and compassion of this practice was extraordinary.
The office is warm, inviting and right downtown. The entire staff is friendly and helpful.
At a time when we received life altering news that required immediate attention, we were so grateful to find the help we needed right downtown.
We received a couple follow up calls to check on how my husband was doing. Highly recommend this office.
Thank you Dr. Gibson and staff. We believe you really made a difference in helping him beat this Cancer.

There’s clearly emphasis on the patient’s “experience”. You’re the focus and center of their attention, and you certainly pickup on that quickly. Most dental offices are pretty pleasant places, but this just hits that next level. If you’re searching for a dental office that does it all (cleaning, cavities, crowns/implants, root canals, etc.), then you’ve just found it. STRONGLY recommend.

Just all around great, my first visit, felt like catching up with old friends. Way to be both professional and welcoming at the same time Lebanon Complete Dentistry!

I have issues when taking x-rays, gage reflex is real, this was by far the easiest time I have ever had with it. I moved from my old dentist because they were no longer in my insurance network - is everyone as sick of insurance dictatorship as I am? Anyway, it had been a while since my last visit to a dentist, but I have never had an easier cleaning!

My insurance said they were in network but it turned out they were not as of March. But I am going to try to keep going there, pay the difference, they were that awesome! I'd like to tell my insurance where to go for its dental and medical needs and see how they respond! Who's with me? LOL

I love it here! Everyone is so kind and willing to help me through my anxiety. I feel comfortable and now don’t mind going to the dentist. I would recommend them to everyone.

Dr Gibson and his staff are friendly & attentive to the needs of their patients. As a first time patient, they were thorough and provided me with options and information to any issues.

Everyone here is very friendly, and seems to be very knowledgeable about how to help the patients. I always have a great experience here.

The staff and doctor made me feel comfortable from start to finish. I don’t have dental insurance so I like that they offer an affordable plan for purchase that will help me stay on track with my preventative dental work and get a discount if I need comprehensive work done.
